Palmers Group レビュー

I popped into Palmers to test drive and look around an electric Jeep Avenger. I had the pleasure of being shown around by Seb, who talked me through all the specs and different finance options, took me out on a test drive and was a great help throughout the process. I'd definitely recommend Palmers for all your Jeep needs.

I have bought a few cars from Palmers in Watford now, and I am always very happy with the service provided. The Manager Dan and Salesman Ola in particular always go above and beyond. Nothing is too much and I always leave satisfied.
I would definitely recommend buying from these guys and/ or trading in your old vehicle. A great team there and excellent service. 5 stars

Sebastian has been very helpful with the purchase of my new Alfa

Having bought several cars as family from Palmer's I would never go anywhere else. We have always received a first class service.

I dealt with Matt at the Watford Citroen branch when ordering my new car.
He was friendly and helpful, and immediately put me at ease.
He went through the differences in the cars and I decided on the C3 Aircross Shine Plus.
He kept me informed all the way through the process and answered any questions I had, no matter how silly.
I collected the car a few days ago and he called me today to check how I was getting on.
Great service from Palmers Citroen with special thanks to Matt for his help and patience.

I was Matt’s 1st customer with the first car I bought from Citreon and now I’m on my 2nd one. Matt was great with both cars

Dan, Jamey and the entire team at Palmers Citroen/Peugeot offer excellent customer service in all departments. This time we dealt with Matt at Citroen who was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase of a new car. Chloe in service supported the service process in a kind and efficient way. We will be returning soon.

I just sold my Toyota Aygo to Palmers Motors and I honestly can't believe it was that easy. Usually selling a car to someone is a headache, but Dan, one of the managers, made the process so easy and straight-forward. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely recommend Palmers.

had a great experience collecting my partners new mg sean and the team were great

Purchased Alfa giulia in august 23. Broke down in october and repaired. Broke down again in November and advised 1st date available 3 weeks away but no courtesy car available till January. Although yellow warning light showing they would not keep on premises. Sales very friendly but service department quite hostile. Be warned !!!!
