I place my order two weeks ago, but nothing. No confirmation shipping email, nothing from customer service, and when you click on FAQs you realize the site is fake.

took weeks to get the dress what i receieved is a nylon shame it was supposed to be a "velours very nice dress priced 139 and down to 39 not even worth 2 euros I doubt they will refund they dont give the return adress!!!!

Website is a scam

I made an order for my wife on the 28th May 2025, and it is now 14th Dec 2025 and I have not recieved anything yet. The website is gone, the social media is gone, and no refunds or anything.

I am very disappointed! I did not receive my order yet!

I’ve tried so many things for period pain over the years, but Pamly is the first product that actually made a noticeable difference. This is my second review. I purchased a gift from Pamly back in January 2025 for February for Valentines Day. It took a long time to get a reply to several messages I sent wondering where the product was. I was then hoping for my wife's birthday in April. I crossed my fingers for Mothers Day. Needless to say, it is almost November. I have moved from Germany to the United States and I only received on reply from my previous review, that wasn't fixed and one for my several emails, that wasn't resolved. I stopped asking for the product and just wanted a refund. No dice. Ziltch. No more messages from Pamly.

Poor customer service, poor order tracking, no communication and response to inquiries. Ordered my package since June 2025 and has not yet been delivered.
I would not recommend at all this service. Order at your own risk

I'm very disappointed with the customer service, and upset that I have still not received my order. I made the order on 25th July 2025, over 2 months ago.

I've tried to reach out to the customer support team via email 3 times now and Facebook/Messenger messages twice, but did not receive a single response yet.

When I tried to go to their Facebook and Instagram pages, I get a message saying "Page not found or does not exist", which is very suspicious indeed.

The website suggests to use the "Shop" app to track the order's delivery status and it still shows as "Preparing shipment".

They took the payment and didn’t deliver the product. Every attempt to reach them via email and IG was in vain. I ordered since July 12 and didn’t receive the product. My mistake was, not checking the comments on their IG page(which has now disappeared by the way) before making my order because apparently they’ve scammed a lot of people. Don’t fall into their scam.

Never received it and website only works for buying the product not for Contact services. SCAM!

Placed order and never received product. Submitted report to Shopify as well and they have yet to respond as well as the Pamly website runs on Shopify.

I order this first week of June and they sent it to me on August, when the shipping policy said 3 days. I have tried to be in contact with them and thay never replied. I want to return it back because I don't need it anymore, but they didn't reply even when their policy is to email them before the return of the product for the refund.

First of all u can improve by actually shipping the actual product. Hope u guys get bankrupt To everyone buying please dont they be just stealing ur money ultimately end up scamming u

Ordered a product on 26th of June

Order number 11189 express delivery and still not received 30th August

Cant find a number and have sent multiple emails, no response waste of money... Waiting out for a refund or any response.

Company is a scam

We never got it, we ordered it three months ago

Never received the product. Tried to reach out numerous times and no answer.

I placed an order for the massage belt on the 13th of June 2025 and I am yet to receive my order as of todat 26th August 2025.
The order number is 11037 and when I track the order it says it has been delivered. The problem is that I was never contacted by any delivery company for this item and I have checked in my building and can not find the item as well.

I am unable to find details of the local delivery company that handled the delivery within Canada.

Pamly's support team has been unresponsive to my emails and webforms that I have sent/submitted.
