Donât order from them, itâs a complete scam. I ordered on the 15th of October 2024 and itâs been over 6 months now. They wonât reply to my emails and I havenât received the item. They wonât refund you or reply to you. They donât have a phone number on their website, just an email which they never reply to. Just donât order from them because you will never see your money back. They will reply to your trustpilot review saying we will resolve this matter and issue a refund, just email us and they wonât reply to your email. Itâs a scam operation which is obviously not important enough for authorities to take down.

I placed an order on 10th February, with the order number #10090. According to your website, the estimated delivery time was 5-7 days, but it has now been over 10 days, and I have not yet received it. I even tried their customer care email Dm in instagram and filed the contact us form multiple times, this product is totally fake. I am going to report scam to my credit card company. Good Product, but Customer Relationship Management could be improved
It took them Months to send the product, even though they mention on their website that it takes some days only to deliver. I wrote them many times and no reply.
After complaining more than 5 times, their support team finally gave me an answer. From this point, the delivery was very smooth and quick.

Order never received. Asked them to provide proof that the item was delivered. Which they haven't been able to do. They told me that I needed to check with others in the house. Only my daughter and son in law live with me. Had to check with post office. International tracking number which they can't track. Had to check with next door neighbours. All of which I have done. As much as I do love this product I agree with most of the other reviews. For one it took months for my pamly to show up and my bf had ordered it as a present he had emailed and messaged and one day it just showed up. On the other hand the heating it great i love thag the massage really does help my cramps but it does not hold a charge!!!! Thatâs the one thing that gets me I can use it once for about 30minutes and then itâs dead and i have to wait two hours for it to be charged. Not very convenient when youâre cramping.
