Great presentation
Dan Erasmus presentation was a great eye opener to neurodiversity. Dan answered all questions on the different topics of neurodiversity with good explanations and I believe every workplace needs a presentation like the one Dan preformed today to give people a better understanding on how different obstacles can be overcome and turned into positive impacts

Supporting Neurodiversity introductory webinar
I joined a free introductory webinar on Supporting Neurodiversity and I found it useful. It was only an introduction, but the presenter gave good, clear and concise detail about terms and definitions. Then went on to explain further about how to provide support in various situations. I will be joining another free introduction next week on a different topic, and feel that ToHealth have a lot to offer. Thank you

Thought provoking session
Rebecca delivered an excellent session on Neurodiversity for colleagues. I’ve recently thought my husband is on the autism spectrum, which is why I joined the webinar. It was so thought provoking, I now think I may be on the spectrum. Not just “messy” or “unique” (aren’t we all?)
So thanks, as I said, excellent session.

Useful signposting & content: Avoiding Burnout
Overall, a very helpful overview & food for thought. 23 mins of my working day well spent. I've since watched it a 2nd time from the video link. Found clearer image of the Mood Meter which is interesting to reflect on where I mostly see myself & how this impacts on other parts of work & life.
Would have given 4.5 if it was available. Limited by tech problems at the start, I clicked back on the original screen and accidentally found the session had started. Having watched this I would give time for other topics of interest to me as I expect it's a similar "high level" format that signposts through the content & provides additional resource links.

Avoiding burnout seminar
It was a really good session and described the differences between stress and burnout. It would be good to have a copy of the presentation. The 3 steps to recognise burnout were useful.

Review - Avoiding Burnout: How to Balance Work and Life for Long-Term Health and Productivity. I felt that this was a reasonable introduction to burnout, but was very high-level. General information on steps to recover from burnout, but it did feel like what was put forward were almost trite platitudes, rather than practical tips. There was no mention of how to manage or recognise burn-out for neurodiverse people who are more prone to burn-out. A longer, more in-depth session, with the opportunity to ask questions would have been more helpful.

webinar Avoiding Burnout. Quite a lot covered in 30mins. Step for recovery very good, only if I can get copies of the slides. The difference between stress and burnout very interesting as it shows complete opposite of the scale whereas one would think burn out is just more of the same until too much, or physical manifestations are debilitating.

I attended the seminar on how to avoid burnout. I found it quite basic and that it pointed out the obvious. I don't know what I was expecting - perhaps I just know more about the area than I thought I did - but I don't think I took anything new from it. Perhaps little hints/tips of how to structure and manage your days might have helped. I also missed the very beginning due to "technical issues". You'd have thought they'd wait a few minutes to account for it.
