I logged in on the original link, sent on the Eventbrite emails, but this didn't work. I then tried to log in via the link sent at 9:30, and had issues with that. Then when I did get to join the talk had already started, so I don't know how much of the session I had missed...

Great Overview to Burnout
Was a really good overview to the difference between stress and burnout and could relate to a lot of the points - loved the STOP acronym 🥰 and the suggestion of using a mood meter which hope to find online and use

Captions were not available on the live presentation and so I found it impossible to follow.
I stuck with the presentation following the slides and found a spelling mistake in the word 'Grammar' (which was spelt with an 'e' rather than 'a' on a slide regarding English which was quite ironic.
I have checked on the the You Tube Channel and thankfully captions are available there, so I will watch again. Note to self 'don't waste time watching the live event, wait for the upload to You Tube'.

I found it useful. I’m doing some things well and others not so, but it gave me the knowledge to understand why. Now part of the fog has lifted. There’s some areas I need to explore in more detail especially “connections”. Thank you.

Well worth doing
Dominic was very knowledgeable and put information across in a very easy to understand manner. He said that major changes don't have to happen immediately, baby-steps and build up. Very glad I had the assessment and would recommend to anyone who has the opportunity to go for it :)

ASC presentation
This was good overall but elements of the presentation felt underprepared. Its all common sense really. The content desperately needs to be proofread prior to publication. Annoyingly, the word 'Accommodations' was misspelt in block caps on multiple slides with only one 'm'. There was a complete lack of diversity (ironically) in the slide photos that were chosen, lots of white women.

ToHealth - Health Assessment
Hannah was both very professional and friendly throughout the assessment - with a handy waterslide analogy to boot! I had my bloods taken which was quick and simple, with which a number of PDFs detailing my health report were created that we ran through to outline any issues and positives.
These PDFs were emailed following the assessment as to be able to look through in my own time, or send to your GP - they are pretty comprehensive from what was a pretty quick process! I would happily recommend this service to anyone interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Thanks again Hannah!

The Health & Wellness Expert, Joshua Samuel De Gale is the best presenter I have ever come across. His delivery was amazingly pleasant, nicely paced, very explanatory, using diagrams and analogies. How can you not understand the subject matter which in this case was Heart Health? Fantastic delivery and yes, you deserve the title, EXPERT. 👏👏👏
