Staff were miserable and impolite.
Lady with long black hair was clearly frustrated it was busy which I completely understand but shaking her head and telling us to just go and wait until called when it is not clear to do so was not great.

She then made us wait over 20 minutes, while she prepared stock to put in the freezer, instead of preparing our active order. Utter disgrace. This woman has no business working in customer service

Service was disgusting. The line is always long and there is never enough staff. Today we waited while the man was on his phone choosing music. Then told me to wait while he sorts himself out. The staff need customer service training considering the price weâre paying for rolled ice cream.
