I have used this company before and was very happy with the service I received. However having just purchased a new window and having it installed yesterday I have to say that their service has significantly reduced.
The window installation was completed and after inspecting it my wife very quickly spotted that they had put the wrong handles on and had forgotten to put the bottom trim on. I spoke with the installer who told me that he would speak to the office who would contact me the same day.

Having received no telephone call I rang them back the next day and was told by a female that I should have received a call and she would call me back in 2 minutes. 45 minutes later I still hadn’t heard back and had to call them back and was informed that their office was undermanned (not my issue) and were very busy. Eventually issue was resolved but P&P need to improve their customer service considerably before I will use them in the future.

Happy with our new windows and doors. Installed in time, issues resolved and pricing was okay. Only thing they need to work on a bit is communication towards customer.

I had a great experience with this company. The quotes were hassle-free, and I was kept informed throughout the process. Dates and timeframes were arranged for manufacture and fitting, all of which were met. I will most definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them. 10/10.
