It should be one star but I add one more for the smart positioning frame you ship.

I red very good feedbacks and so I bought a privacy screen filter for my smartphone. There was no a clear disclaimer on top in the homepage of the product saying fingerprint doesn't work with this filter for A56 5G. I tried all the actions to improve it, without any success, so I asked a reimbursement and I came back to standard screen filter in one day.

I recently acquired your 3-in-1 cover and case for the S26 Ultra, which was a significant investment. Regrettably, the product does not provide an adequate fit for the device. This misalignment has led to the accumulation of dust within the case, resulting in surface scratches on the phone, which is a considerable concern. Furthermore, the integrated screen protector does not offer full coverage of the display. Based on these observations, I cannot recommend this product. I have attempted to contact your support team on multiple occasions, following the provided instructions, without receiving a response. The screen protector has now cracked following a minor impact, and the case's fit continues to be problematic. I strongly advise against purchasing any products from your company. I will also be initiating a chargeback with my bank, as the item is demonstrably faulty and unsuitable for its intended purpose, suggesting a potential misrepresentation of the product.

Jeg bestilte et cover til iPhone air. Det var alt for tykt, så telefonen alligevel var på stÞrrelse med en ikke-air. Jeg returnerede produktet men fik kun 50% tilbage, fordi emballagen er brudt. Det vil altså sige, at man ikke må inspicere produktet - se om det passer eller er behageligt at holde ved (hvilket det ikke er) eller blot se produktet uden for emballagen.
PrÞver man at kontakte "customer care" (der er i Þvrigt ikke meget "care" over det), får man fat i en stÊdig AI, der ikke er til meget hjÊlp. Ikke et pip fra et menneske eller noget som helst slags hjÊlp nu efter 14 dage.
Kan absolut IKKE anbefale PanzerGlass og kommer ikke til at kÞbe derfra igen.

Ordered a screen protector for a Samsung S26 Ultra on 2 March, which didnât arrive until 13 March. When it finally turned up, it was the wrong item â a smaller Samsung S26 version that does not fit the Ultra model.
All confirmation emails and the PDF receipt clearly state that I ordered the Ultra version, so there is no ambiguity on my part.
Customer service has been extremely frustrating. Most responses appear to be automated and do not address the actual issue. After requesting a human response, I waited three days for a reply.
Update 18/03/2026: Panzerglass have now responded, stating that the item supplied is an Ultra âwide-fitâ version and that the issue is not their fault. I have clearly explained that I ordered the Ultra model, yet this has still not been properly addressed. The matter is now going round in circles with no resolution offered.
Under UK consumer law, items must match their description and be fit for purpose. This has clearly not been the case here.
For £54.95, I expected far better quality control and customer support. Instead, Iâve received the wrong item and an unhelpful response process.
I have requested a full refund and expect this to be resolved promptly. I will update further depending on the outcome, but based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this company.
