love everything about them!
I ordered bikinis and dresses with delivery to the EU, I returned a few pieces and had contact with customer service.
Everything was perfect!
First of all: The products were simply amazing. I had ordered bikinis for thousands of Euros from other brands before and sent everything back because they cut in even though I went one size up. Every single piece I ordered from Paolita fit and I did not size up. After one beach holiday they still look fabulous.
Delivery to EU went absolutely smooth. Everything was sent from Bulgaria. If needed, they will transfer the goods from UK to Bulgaria before sending to the customer so that there will not be issues with customs.
I also had to return a few things. I ordered more than my budget allowed because I did not expect all pieces to fit so well. I was really sad I could not keep everything. Return to Bulgaria and refund went quick and absolutely issue-free.
Lastly, I had contact with Paolita customer service as I was worried about the refund - in hindsight absolutely not needed. They replied same day or next day, a real person, no bot, and were super helpful. For another order they even found me a dress that was sold out online in one of their stores and made it available for me to purchase online.
The customer service experiences was one of the best I have ever had.

a rare shopping experienc
It was a rare shopping experience for me as Anthony (I hope I remember his name correctly) was the best sales assistant I have ever met and I’m nearly sixty! I browsed without interruption, tried on a few pieces and Anthony decided that the buttons on my trousers I had tried on needed adjusting so took them all off and adjusted them for me! That is service!!
I’ll be returning.

2 weeks is too long
I get my order today after almost 2 weeks. I pay a lot of shipping and you should send for this price with courier like UPS. But you send with normal post and it comes be greek post Elta. Also the packaging of the bikini should be in a bag for this price range and label. That's why I'm not satisfied and wouldn't order again.

Hello! Thank you so much for the feedback. In reviewing your order it appears to have arrived within our defined delivery window for European orders. While we always strive to get things to our customers as quickly as possible, because of Brexit we have to sometimes move stock between our UK and EU warehouses which is why it can take up to 10 working days to arrive into EU.

First time I have ordered from Paolita
First time I have ordered from Paolita. Service was good, delivery prompt. I thought £7 delivery charge within the UK from London to Fleetwood was a bit extreme for a dress.
Item ordered was a summer dress for holiday. Pretty pattern but I felt it was also overpriced (even in the sale) for what it was. The material felt fairly cheap and fairly flimsy, the quality was not what I expected. I would of definitely returned the dress if I didn’t need something for holiday. I doubt I would wear this back home in the Uk due to the quality was not what I had expected. Little bit disappointed probably could of bought something better on the high street. Although on a high note the pattern was lovely.

Regarding the quality of the material, we work hard to source very high-quality cottons. The particular dress you purchased was a light-weight cotton intended for warm, summer weather. We are always striving to deliver the highest quality product we can, and as a small business we invest a lot of resource in doing this. I will provide this feedback to our design & production team so that they can review this particular fabric with our fabric suppliers.

1.There is a very high transport cost for returns of international clients.
2.Although I paid with a UK debit card, I was charged high exchange rate fees from sterling to euro and vice versa
3.There is a big delay of delivery.
4.The products do not fit well this year. 5.The cotton fabric was quite hard.

Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate you letting us know some of the challenges you experienced.
1- as a small brand, we are unable to absorb the cost of returns outside of the UK. This is clearly stated in our returns policy. We certainly strive to be able to one day do this.
2 - we will have to look into this with Shopify as they control the exchange rates.
3 - we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Brexit has certainly made that more challenging for us as a UK based brand, but we hear the feedback, and will work with our logistics partners to continually improve.
4&5 - I will relay this feedback to our design team. We have not heard of other issues with the fit or cotton, but we are always working to improve our product, so we appreciate the feedback.
