From website to delivery, everything brilliant and then the joy of opening the box ( which had interesting information) to see my exceptional flip flops. I’m amazed of the cost considering the quality. There trendy, ethical, environmentally friendly, natural and no doubt long lasting

These are the best. I used to wear Havaianas, but I will never go back. These are much more comfortable and support a great cause.

The quality of flip flop is outstanding. They feel very well made and are really comfortable! I love the whole mission behind the brand and the fact that these flip flops are not made with plastic is just amazing! Love this brand!

My order 11075 was shipped on November 05, however, I still did not receive it. I sent an email to the company with a question about my package location and received NO response, then I submitted a form through seasenseflipflops.com with the same question and again - NO response. First time I came across a company that simply ignored their customer. What a frustrating experience. I'm very disappointed.

Thank you to Trustpilot who was able to get the response from your company. I do check tracking status but 2 weeks in transit is way too much, that's why I sent you my question about the package location.

Update.
I finally received my order. However, seasenseflipflops.com sent me the wrong size flip flops (I ordered two pairs). Instead of the 291mm length (size UK11) I received the 278mm (size UK8).
There was no size information neither on the shoe box nor on the flip flops, you have to measure them.

The excerpt from the company's Returns Policy: "If you wish to return or exchange your Sea Sense Flip Flops, we must be notified of the product issue within 7 days of the delivery date....". My order was delivered on November 24 and I sent an email to the seasenseflipflops.com about the wrong size and my wish to return them on November 27. NO response. I sent one more email on November 28. NO response. Today is November 30 - still no response from the company.

One more excerpt: "To keep the price of our flip flops down, for returns and exchanges from outside the UK, all costs will be the responsibility of the customer." It means that a customer has to pay for the seasenseflipflops.com mistakes (sending the wrong shoe size).

My advice to future customers who are "from outside the UK'' as I am, think twice before ordering from the seasenseflipflops.com or you may stack with your order, if anything is wrong, without any help.

The same request: Please stop sharing false information.
Seasenseflipflops.com did not reply to my emails, not a single one. And only after I updated my review and submitted all documentations to Trustpilot I quickly received the very first email from seasenseflipflops.com.

I found the size of the flip flops, it was not clearly seen because of the black color. However, it means that your sizing table is incorrect and misleading, because the size UK11 should be 291mm length, according to your sizing table, but actually it's only 278mm (size UK8). Please see the image I submitted to Trustpilot. You will clearly see the difference.

I had a problem with exchanging the flip flops for a bigger size, and Luke was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Thank you.

This biodegradable flip flops company has done a lot in transforming lives through by empowering, encouraging collectors and providing them with daily income from the single use plastics they collected. Maybe not relevant for everyone but I struggle with finding flipflops that don't give me blisters and I wore these all week with no problems

Feel good wearing these flip flops inside and out.
I love what this company does for the environment and our blue spaces. The flip flops look and feel great too.

Update: I have received excellent customer service from Sea Sense, but sadly after trying the replacement pair sent to me, I have experienced the same rubbing issue. Clearly, their flip-flops don't agree with me for whatever reason.

I ordered a pair of Seasense flip-flops in June 2023. After a swift delivery, I was initially pleased with my new Flip Flops. Comfy, robust, and good for the planet - what is not to like? Unfortunately, a couple of weeks in, I experienced two separate blisters on two different occasions - both on the inner part of my right foot. I hadn't been walking a very long distance on both occasions, and the flip-flops were not wet. I'm a size 10, and as per the recommendations on the website, I ordered an 11. Normally, I wear minimalist zero drop big toe box shoes, so I'm not sure if this is impacting me at all. Either way, I can't really wear them now due to the discomfort. I'm very disappointed, especially as they were advertised as not prone to rubbing.

Great service from start to finish, can't fault Sea Sense whatsoever. They're made from a natural rubber, are more comfortable than havaianas, and you're helping get plastic out of the sea! What's not to like?!

I got a pair when they first started, and they are still going strong. Comfy and still plenty of life in them and they are worn constantly. Def recomend them

These are so nice and sturdy and thick, definitely will last a long time and are really comfy. Customer service went above and bring to make sure I got the right size and they fit perfectly.
