The step by step installment video wasâŠhelpful!
The step by step installment video was very helpful! I was a little concerned about the bubbles, but I was able to push all of them out! The process was definitely doable and the video guidance was extremely helpful. I only ended up with a small dust particle on the end of one screen, but it was barely noticeable. Otherwise, very satisfied with this product and the installment process!

I have had an incredible experience
I have had an incredible experience with the paperlike company! The packaging design was so well thought out and consumer focused as well as being visually fun! The butterfly application is innovation at its finest. While I was a little nervous at first with all the tabs the instructional videos feel so warm and personalised. Iâm so blown away by my experience, I was genuinely feeling excitement when I opened the little box to fun goodies and a customer focused experience. Company supporter for life and you will hear me recommending to everyone!

not worth it
Over complicated steps that didnât even lead to a result that was worth it. The alignment tool i got was off and the screen protector applied after following the steps was wonky with lots of air bubbles. the support didnât help at all and just asked me to try again and use the second screen protector. which cost £20 each by the way, so i had to peel it off and realigned it myself and scrub the air bubbles to hell. not worth the price, get a dupe.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience, Jane. Receiving a misaligned screen protector with stubborn bubbles and a frustrating application process is completely unacceptable, especially after investing in our brand.
We also deeply apologize if our customer support response felt dismissive, asking you to simply use your second screen protector without properly addressing the alignment issue with your first one does not meet the standard of service we aim to provide.
We want to make this right for you. Please reach out to us again at support@paperlike.com and reference your review for a full resolution.
Thank you for your honest feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to fix this for you.

I love my screen
I love my screen! I am a diagnostic medical sonography student and I made a wishlist full of things to prepare me for this competitive and rigorous course and I was gifted the pen grip and the screen. I am utterly in love. The instructions were amazing for both the grip and the screen. I have anxiety so I am someone who needs thorough and step by step instructions. I donât like to have questions unanswered it leaves to more anxiety so this was perfect for someone like me who needs to know every single step and what to expect. I am left handed and the grip is perfect for me!! I am a very happy with this gift! I also signed up for the pro journal and I am excited for that to hit my email in an hour or so! I look forward to buying a case next but as a full time college student I will have to save up for that! Thank you again for making my education easier in the sense of I can take notes with ease now and I am very excited to play with the screen!
