Easy ordering and quick dispatch of ordered goods. Well packaged.

However, the labels on the products themselfes where torn and falling off leaving residue and broken labels behind.

Very honest & trustworthy supplier. Offered a refund as the system didn't apply the bulk discount. I didn't notice, but Paradar did.
Delivery on time as promised too.
Would and will buy again.

I was in urgent need of some equipment due to a fault of our own equipment, and paradar is the only company in the uk that supplies what we were after.

I emailed to see if they could help, and within half an hour they had replied, and we had a quick conversation over email. Very soon after this the equipment was ordered, and it arrived early the following week.

I was really impressed how good the customer service is, and how quickly they got everything sorted. This was mid afternoon on a Friday, so I was especially pleased that they replied so quickly. I will be going back to paradar in the future if I need anything more. I am very grateful for their help!

Installed two Bluespot Mini 5G antennae from Paradar - working well and offering fibre speeds in a rural area with no fibre. The antennae turn a marginal 2 bar signal into a solid 5 bar signal. Great customer service to help order the right kit and tweak the set up.

Extremely helpful in allowing me to exchange a wall mounted Unit for a pole mounted one.

I ordered this Bluespot antenna to use here in rural Devon with a tp-link router. It was really as a last resort as I couldn't get internet speeds above about 7mps on BT adsl or 10mps on 4g with the original antenna supplied by a leading 4g internet installer. I changed to this one and and after a bit of tweaking and pointing it in the direction of the local vodafone mast, I am now getting speeds regularly above 50mps up to around 100mps. I'd never seen such good TV streaming quality before! I was helped greatly by Alex who sent me a map of local masts and instructions and other useful information. All part of the service! Excellent service and excellent antenna .Thanks very much Alex and Bluespot.

Router bought to replace a Vodafone Gigacube which was not fit for purpose. Patrick was really helpful and advised on set up etc. I now have functioning internet and a router that doesn't feel like the connectors might break at any given moment. The whole purchasing and set up was really straightforward and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.
