I purchased a Bluespot 4G antenna from them (via Amazon) and they were really quick to let me know via their virtual survey, where to put the antenna, and in which direction. Customer service is excellent and the product is giving me great signal when other cheaper Chinese alternatives did not even come close.

This was my first venture into 4G Antenna/Router as struggled for 2 Yrs on BT Broadband with 17Mbps Upload and .76 Download making working from home, Microsoft Teams Meetings very challenging. Patrick from Bluespot was very helpfull and efficiant in answering all my initial and probably annoying questions. I ordered 2 x 4G Antenna (no 5G here yet) with a modified HUAWEI B628 Router. I live 10 mins walk from our town centre with severals masts ranging from 500m to 1.8km, none of which had a cell covering my home. After some initial testing (Antenna out the window and up a long pole), the Aerial guy fitted both Antenna to the TV pole about 12m up. Took an hr of slowing moving them to get the best gain (used the Router login and refresh), then speedtest to get a consistent and fast Mbps. Took a bit of tinkering to reduce the chance of the Antenna latchining onto another Mast vs the one I was pointed at, but seems to have stabilised after a day and I now recive a consistent 46Mbps Download and 30Mbps Upload (often higher). Ping is 19 to 29ms. Downloading and saving large spreadsheets takes seconds. Teams calls (Voice, Video, sharing) is great. So provided you are prepared to invest a little time and patience its a great system. If you live in the country with far fewer masts, then it will be far simpler. PS. I am an existing EE customer and bought an unlimited Data SIM for £34 per month on line (DONT DO THAT). Call EE and they will sell it for £22. I was lucky a rep called me the day I ordered for something else and was able to reduced the price. EE also have a fair use policy on data, they wont throttle you back if user 1TB of data per month (which is a lot), other like O2 and Voda might oversell on a mast and have to reduce your bandwith. Paradar anttena purchased again, this is my 3rd purchase and although not the cheapest definitely one of the best performing for my Helium hotspot, so far I have 3 hotspots and all running on paradar components all performing better than average, will definitely be purchasing more and not to mention the speed of delivery is exceptional.

Generally very good had delay with delivery but Rik sent an email explaining postal delivery problem

The 3dbi standard antenna that came with my equipment did nothing over a period of 3-4 days. A friend told me he used pradar antenna which has been brilliant. It arrived very well packaged and with the bracket, nuts & bolts to attach to pole.

Antenna is well built and sturdy. I went for the 8.5dbi and later upgraded to 11.5dbi and both decisions were well.

Customer service was responsive and helpful. I’d recommend.

Don’t forget to read the instructions under each pradar antenna description on the website prior to installing especially the use of self amalgamating tape.

Bought after reading reviews took me a few weeks to set up properly on our caravan,but it has doubled our download speed so definitely worth the time setting up although I could have done it quicker

Fast delivery. Good price quality. Super duper antennas. Got 7 of them and all are kicking behind. (A$$) I recommend everybody to choose Paradar.
