No branding on anything just a simple black bag and both white pouch, this is not what you have shown on your website also the size of the board is 20cm so why have you mentioned wrong on your website of 21 cm. no black pouch given both are white. the quality of the pieces is just fine not too grate as expected. even I called the service but they told me to revert back but no response so far.

Decent for the money
Had a strong smell, that was a bit distracting. Also, the bag that arrived had a big cut on it. Otherwise the custom lettering and everything is quite satisfactory.

Price fits the Craftsmanship

Pieces were good
Pieces were good, but there is possiblity to break some edges of some delicate pieces. The Box in Addon may be a bit larger so that all pieces may fit well. Other work was very good.

A Royal Birthday Gift :)
The chess board I had ordered was just magnificent. I am immensely grateful to Mr. Nikhil Dhir, for hearing me out about the customization of the Chess Board and creating a master piece as per my expectation!!
