Product is amazing
Product is amazing, I liked the chessboard a lot.
For the chess board, my rating is indeed 5 star. But the shipping rating is 0 star, and to average it, I am giving 3 star.
The courier service selected by Paramount Dealz is very pathetic. I believe they went for a really cheap option. After it reached my area (which is around 5 km from my house), it took more than a week to get it delivered. When I tried calling them, they were speaking in Hindi - which is not the local language of my area. They don't know even English, so communicating with them was very difficult. Also, on the delivery day, they called me and asked the complete route to my house even though my address is very easily reachable even without calling (usually no courier service calls me before delivery because the location is right in the middle of the city).
