Ebay collection

Always so easy to pick up parcels at the pharmacy in Hallam.
Staff are very friendly & helpful, it’s on my way home from work so it’s very convenient for me, otherwise I have to go into Fountain Gate.

Not a complaint

Not a complaint.
Received message early in the morning. Went to collection point a few hours late. Got the parcel but was told it only arrived less than a hour ago.

I love Parcelpoint it removes all the…

I love Parcelpoint it removes all the stress of hoping that my parcel hasn’t been stolen if it’s delivered while I’m not at home. Also, if it doesn’t turn up, which has never happened to date, it can be easily traced. For me it takes all the stress out of parcel deliveries.

Disorganised mess

My order was delivered in 2 separate parcels at 2 separate times. The issues was, I was not notified that my second parcel had arrived.I called the collection point myself to find out, it had been delivered last week.
