Great service TransDirect. When I called to indicate the wrong suburb, the Australian assistant was very accommodating

I have had ongoing issues with collections when booking Aramex through this service, and unfortunately this is not a one-off incident.
This particular collection has been rebooked multiple times over the course of a week. On several occasions, I was told the pickup had been escalated and would occur the same day, yet the parcels remained sitting at my front door the entire time.
What makes this more frustrating is that I have had parcels successfully delivered to my address by Aramex during the same period, so access is clearly not the issue.
As a small business owner, I am trying to balance freight costs with the practical reality of sending multiple cartons. Australia Post is not always a viable option cost-wise, which is why I rely on alternative carriers. However, the service here has been unreliable to the point where it directly impacts my ability to meet customer expectations.
Having parcels sit uncollected for over a week reflects poorly on my business, not the carrier, which is unacceptable when I have been promised a service that has simply not been available.
If this carrier cannot consistently meet basic collection requirements, it should not be offered as an option.

if could could give less than one star, I would.
they did not pick up on the day i requested, or the following days when they said they would. Each day i waited on the promise they would pick up by 5pm and nothing, even when i called multiple times throughout the day to confirm. They just responded to my emails with meaningless apologies until it was too late for my package to get to the destination on time- and i booked a week in advance. the call centre staff were patronising and didn't seem to care or offer any solution . TERRIBLE- do not use them if you actually want something sent.Only useful as a study of how NOT to run a business

After sendel collapsed I have been using trans direct 10/10 thank you great reliable service

Always disputing the size of my cartons even when I send them pictures with a tape measure over the cartons size. But the rest of the contractor are great.

The web site was easy to follow and provided just the right information I needed to freight an item to Sydney.

Ease of booking, tracking generaly good. Can contact a human if need be. Never had a loss or damage to goods. Priceing is excellent.

We switched after the sendle collapse and it's fine, but could be much better. The UI is riddled with bugs and inconsistencies. Just stupid stuff that shows they don't care. Scheduled pickups never occur on the requested date, we have to follow up most of the time. Honestly, it's just a frustrating platform to use on a daily basis. I keep looking for alternatives

It was easy to setup an account and arrange a pickup and delivery, price was extremely good. will be using this service more often.

Was easy to get a quote for my parcel the price was good so i booked it and the shipping label was sent to me to attach to Parcel and will be picked up next day

Communication and left in a secure place as we were not at home to collect

The company did ok. Their contractor missed the first pick up so it was picked up the following day. Package arrived sooner than expected but there was some damage to the item.

The ease and efficiency it was to organise a parcel to be shipped through your company.

Do not use this company. We booked a pickup for our business that never occurred, yet we were charged the full amount anyway. After numerous follow-up calls led nowhere, we were forced to hire a different company to get the job done. To make matters worse, they refused a refund, demanding "evidence" of a non-pickup. Even after providing photos of the abandoned item, they still kept our money. This company is untrustworthy - save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
