Lack of communication

I know it's as busy time of year, but I have not received an update since Dec 6.
I would at least like to know if my parcel has been collected from the Newsagency pick up point.

If I can give zero stars I would

If I can give zero stars I would. Do not bother using parcelpoint. Always go with AusPost! I returned my item on 30/11/2022 but until today I do not have any updates from them. Called their number to no avail, emailed them but ko response!!! Terrible service! And now I can’t get my refund back

Why so hard

Why so hard. Rang the help desk, they put through to tech support- why? So I hung up and called back, they where better.

I use to go to my local post office with a reply paid box, so much easier

Great Secure Service

I have used Parcelpoint on a few occasions now and I have found them to always provide a quick & secure service. I’m always asked for identification on pick up which is also reassuring.
