Customer support is horrible and takes forever to get a response. Had a issue with setting up my hub due to server error showing on my screen but support wouldn't help me after creating countless tickets.

I am an assistant supervisor at Parcel for the customer support department, and my experience within working inside this company has been great, better than all of my past experiences. Support is efficient, the bot is online all the time, on service for everyone, easy to use, and solutions are found for everyone. I highly recommend using Parcel, but also applying for a job.

It’s a good system, rarely has any downtime and if it were to happen it gets resolved quickly. Only thing would be a dashboard would be cool but otherwise it’s great, everyone is kind that works there and you can find good quality of products

Their customer support is also extremely fast and in usual cases can solve all your problems in a wink. Of course, major issues take more time but they don't take years. Impressive for an organisation based on Roblox!

I have used parcel dor just over a year now, My staff team is happy with how the bot works when it comes to behind the scenes and so far have only had positive feedback from customers aswell regarding how it works, I purchased the pro plan after expanding my server and have had only 1 or 2 issues since which support were very helpful with fixing, Only thing that would help is bit faster response times but apart from that I have enjoyed the experience with parcel.

I have been using Parcel for a while now for multiple stores with various sizes and products. It has never let me down. It's easy to install, extremely customizable and has a lot of features. All that for a very affordable price

This roblox hub provider is really good, has a lot of feature but when its updated to 3.1 version 1 of the important feature like "category & price filter" is deleted, i wonder why? that feature is still available in previous version..

We use Parcel to list our products up on our dedicated Roblox Hub. We have had absolutely NO issues whatsoever with Parcel eCommerce. They are reliable, easy to use and give lots of features for free (though we use Parcel PRO, the free plan is really good for those beginners)
