The treatment and delivery was excellent. Shipping went really fast and smooth. WIll surely return for more Elysia merch.

I can recommend this shop no problem, product arrived in good condition, customer service is very good, the only thing is that shipping takes quite a while but they state that on their site/product page so keep that in mind, overall a good experience, will use this shop again for harder to find Hoyo merch in europe.

Ich habe am 01.10.2025 eine Figur im Shop bestellt. Der Zahlvorgang war einfach und schnell erledigt. Zwischenzeitlich hatte ich eine Frage, habe mir die E-Mail vom Shop herausgesucht und eine Nachricht geschrieben. Innerhalb von 24h habe ich auch eine Antwort erhalten. Eine kleine Sache: ich hatte vorher versucht Kontakt über den Shop direkt aufzunehmen aber wenn ich meine E-Mail eingegeben habe und die Nachricht formuliert habe, hat man nach dem Abschicken keine Informationen erhalten, ob das nun geklappt hat (daher habe ich danach die E-Mail Adresse direkt raus gesucht). Ich habe vorher noch nie dort bestellt und bin immer etwas skeptisch gegenüber neuen Seiten, aber letztendlich hat alles super geklappt. Die Figur kam heute (25.10.2025) an, war gut verpackt, ORIGINAL Figur (mir sehr wichtig), ich musste keine Zollgebühren zahlen und bin jetzt super happy mit meiner neuen Figur!

Ze doen het allemaal wel goed, maar ze hebben niet alles wat hoyo verkoopt op hun chinese shop. En dat vind ik jammer.
