Very poor, payouts very low on slots and odds usually better elsewhere. They also choose when they want to block your account and retain funds, customer services ( particularly charmaine) are pretty clueless.

Must avoid this site. Full of scammed, got won from boxing as a result they voided my bet without valid reasons. My same bet from other site went in and got my winnings but parimatch declined my bet saying opponent did not weigh in so therefore the match did not takes place, which is impossible. Why void the bet after the match? The show was live on tv..

after depositing and losing there was no issue but once i won some sports bets the automatic withdraw has been aborted and now i am waiting for over 30 hours for release of my funds even though customer support has assured me that money will be released and that my account has some limit as 2k per 24 hours which is also some scammy practice.

for now this site looks completely scammy and customer support missinformed or maybe doesnt care .

So this is the most true statement of my experience on Parimatch. Lucky enough to win through football betting on last week of English and Spanish league. Then I won some money on slots. All together equals over 15 hundred more or less. But after that strange things happen. Every deposit and every spin regardless the stake and slot it’s a loose. I only got one spin landed and 20-30 dead spins. Example: 2 slots - Volcanic Fortune and Gates of Colossus. Bonus features have been hit THOUSANDS of time and never triggered, dead spin after dead spin. When 2 bonus features lands reel when third should land is going to freeze for millisecond or glitch to prevent third feature landing, it is clearly visible. Then, when you come closer to run out of funds all sudden bonus or extra features appear on reels to tease you and make you to deposit more. It’s true what my friend who works for one of online gambling sites: when you win, the casino will mark you as no subject to any bonuses or wins until you loose what you win plus percentage on top of your winnings and this percentage could be anything from 10% to god knows, even hundreds. Random number generator is an excuse, it’s computer system programmed by the host. My advice is simple: when you win do not go back and play slots to make more money it’s fixed and you will loose what you won and make you to deposit and loose even more.

I was stupid enough to deposit another £250 and play Gold gold gold slot. On £2 spins. And I’ve lost it all. Small wins like £1.60 £2.40 £8 and got one cash collector feature when I was down £150 the cash collector feature paid £48 what a laugh. And that’s it folks everything else was dead spins. So it’s my fault and never again.

I had my bet settled last night which was Joshua van to win. They paid out initially and then settled it as void. Luckily I withdrew the amount and am now in the minus. Their reason for voiding it was because they had a power cut which makes no sense as they were able to take bets still and were still fine to settle my losing bets normally. Awful website.

The 5 star reviews look very dodgy. 95% of of them are from accounts that have only 1/2 total reviews. Very suspicious. This needs investigating from trustpilot.

This is a SCAM company that, when you withdraw your winnings, cancels them and then says that the ticket you won was our mistake, even though the match had nothing to do with the company's mistakes. They do this just to justify themselves
