It has been over one month i have made 4 deposites if 10000/- each total 40000/-
Since 30 days i have been mailing them , sending all the proofs of sucessful deposite , i have shared my bank trasection ans bank statement with parimatch till now i only recieve automated answers , 40000 is not a small amount and these shamless people are doing nothing about my hard eaened money . ...i have aent 1000 mails but in every mail they reply there dedicated team is working and i ll have to wait , they are simple shameless frauds and cheater who are running parimatch do not treat there customers in a right and peoper way , these parimatch theif do not even bother about there customer like me who is actually begging for his own money which has been sucessfully deposite , i have raise many tickets i have done chatting with them , i have e mailed them mkre than 100 times but these shameless people are not returning my own money to me please any one help me reaching this currupt parimatch theifs management please anyone help me now i m helpless with there replies of wait waiting

Don’t play slots here. Terrible experience, they will take everything you have, you will play £30 no bonus and just when the lines are starting to come through the screen would appear with (server error) and force me to reload, when you reload the game is reset along with you win/loss ratio so the game assumes you as a new player, slimy company that I will be reporting to the gambling commission not only because of the terrible plays/theft/customer abuse above but I am signed up to Gamstop and they have broken their agreement with this company by letting me play, if they did I would never have been able to sign up let alone deposit and play. No Identity checks, The only positive thing is quick withdrawals and don’t take that as I won, I withdrew at a loss. Very disappointed and filled with rage.

This company is scammer ... they takes no responsibility for withdrawal ... without paying money says withdrawal done .. and ticket closed .. fake company scammed me with 1000 euros

I made a deposit which was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 4 months.
I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However, the amount was clearly debited from my bank.
Waiting 4 months for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.
I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service

Absolute scam company. Advertise Bet £10 get £20 - allow you to bet and lose - then refuse to credit the free bet. No warning in advance. SCAMMERS - AVOID!

Wish I read all the negative reviews before joining with these time wasters. Its been over 3 weeks and still my account is restricted. All documents were provided and accepted on the same day!

Below is the only message you will get for them to justify stealing your money:

'Your account is being reviewed, and the relevant team will email you with the outcome once the review has been complete. There is no timeframe for this review. I do apologise for the inconvenience.'

The relevant team (Account Security Team) will tell you the same thing but with an extra line 'We will not respond to further queries this matter unless there is a change in status'.

Stay away from all brands related to BV Gaming!

My advice is to log your complaints through Resolver and press for a deadlock letter, then you can escalate to IBAS and the UKGC. Letting people not withdraw or delaying verification is a direct infringement on the UKGC licence so do not let these lot off!

Honestly I never write reviews but i had to on this one this parimatch. Are parasites they are just after your money I signed up ad a new customer and it says you don't have to opt in as a new promotion place £10 and that's it. Complete and utter controlled scam of any does t know that by now your an idiot. These sites are all controlled. I won a couple of hundred and withdrew day after EVERY SPIN WAS DEAD. If it was random - why can’t I win again the day after?? Because they restrict it because you previously won the day before… it doesn’t take an idiot to understand this, if it was random they could potentially go bankrupt and lose everything… however they don’t they’re thriving hence they control when you when and lose. I am writing this review because Parimatch has completely failed to protect customer funds, especially after the recent government and enforcement actions in India against Parimatch-linked operations. Instead of improving transparency, Parimatch has become unresponsive, unreliable, and careless with customer money.

My personal experience shows how serious the situation has become.

Parimatch is not refunding my deposits and not processing my withdrawals, even though I have submitted every proof they requested, including bank statements, transaction details, and screenshots.

I demand immediate action from Parimatch:
✔ Release all my pending withdrawals right now
✔ Refund every stuck deposit immediately
✔ Stop closing tickets without investigation
✔ Provide proper proof of all transactions, just like they demand from customers
