Its Simple do not use this site for anything - however if you have they woll offer you a percentage refund or a discount of the next order - stick at your complaint i have just managed to get a full refund of them - it took a good few emails but got therr in the end

External drive stopped working almost at once, but the company would only refund 20% of the cost (and they only offered that "as a gesture of goodwill"). The product was not of merchantable quality and should have been refunded in full.

They sent me a Rubbish jacket and are now refusing to refund by making up every excuse under the sun !!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!

All the reviews on this company are true, please avoid they are scammers.
I bought two jumpers size xl when they eventually arrived (3 weeks) i tried them on and they wouldn't even fit my 14 year old grandson, the sizing is completely wrong, I wanted to send back and it was mentioned that they had to be returned to a warehouse in Asia at my own expense, but i had to send in photos of the sizes but there was no labels on any of the garments, after 3 times sending in photos I am still waiting to hear from Mia, I just want my money back this is a scam site but it looks like I will have to contact the Bank and get them to charge back my money.

I was recently in the market for an external hard drive that was compatible with my PS5. I conducted a Google search and one of the sponsored matches was for an 8TB SSD from Parisenvol. The item had been reduced from £73 to £27 (I assumed as part of Black Friday). This seemed a good option as the AD clearly stated it was console compatible. After sometime I did receive the items in question (I’d purchased two). I tried to connect to the item but the PS5 did not like what it saw. This concerned me. I connected to a PC and it did claim to be 8TB. I them checked YouTube for reasons it would not connect to the PS5. It was at this point the truth became clear. The item is a scam. The hard drive is an 64gb SD card with an enclosure designed to fool the system into a fake file size. There were many, many YouTube videos about this item. I asked to return the items but was declined. I provided links to proof the items fake but was declined a refund. I am now left to report them to trading standards and recover my payment through my credit card provider. I urge anyone buying one of these items to report this too. Recover payment from your providers and never trust this company with your business. Faced with the truth they are selling fake and potentially harmful merchandise they still won’t fulfil their duty as a vendor, remove the fake items from sale and refund the customer payment.

Exactly what everyone else is saying avoid proper scam of a company

Don't use the website. The product looks nothing like the picture. Poor quality. Sizing off.. sleeves way to short..avoid!

The reason I gave 1 star is because there was no option to give zero or negative star. I agree with all the negative reviews about ParisEnvol that have already been posted.
This company do not adhere to what they state on their website . It prominently states “30-day easy returns” on the payment/checkout pages. Based on this representation, I reasonably expected that returning an item for an issue and would be simple and straightforward and not having to return the defective product to China at my own expense.
The waterproof boots that were supposedly UKsize 6.5 but they were smaller than my UK size 6.
I purchased them because they were sold as waterproof and they were not waterproof.
I could not zip them up as the zip would not even go past my heel.
I was first offered 15% refund on my purchase and keep the defective boots and eventually Mia offered 55% refund and l keep defective boots. WHY WOULD I ACCEPT? My advice would be do not purchase from this company.
Under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, companies must:
• Provide clear and prominent information about return procedures before purchase;
• Avoid misleading statements or omissions that cause the consumer to make a decision they otherwise would not have made;
• Honour advertised return policies as presented at the point of sale.
Requiring a return to Asia—when this was not prominently disclosed prior to payment—and attempting to pressure me into accepting a partial refund instead, constitutes a misleading commercial practice.
I am now expecting you to make the right decision to send a full refund back to me.

I can’t give zero stars. Otherwise I would. Terrible company. Picture of a holly wreath looked nothing like what was delivered! Paid £49 for it aswell! Proper scammed. Tried to send back and just like below. Mia emails you and says you need to send it back to china at your own cost. Avoid this company. Modern day scammers

Utter shite. Fraudulent advertising, size guide is a joke, this whole site is a scam. Not a chance you're getting what you pay for. No returns policy, just fob you off with spurious requests for pictures in an attempt to make you give up trying. Google should not be advertising this site, I'm going to ruin them on every social media platform I can until I get bored. Stick your £5 refund where monkey stores his nuts

Exactly the same as below. I stupidly ordered a jacket from these whilst half asleep. Looked good, name looked liked "Levis"and stated return to UK address. Still waiting after two weeks for Item, sent a an email where someone named "Mia" answered and stated that returns must be to Asian return warehouse....major Red flag. Immediately told them to cancel and contacted credit card company. have to wait another few days before i can dispute resolution. Its a scam, similar to other scams. How they manage to get adverts on Google is beyond me but i guess that just tells you the state of Google.

Update: Item arrived in post and it very poor, ill fitting and nothing like the photo or advert. Went to ask for the return process and same happened as reviews below, offered 25% discount to keep item, or 40% voucher and keep item or return at own cost to warehouse in Asia (Even though return address is London from Royal Mail label). I've asked them for the address in Asia to return, still awaiting. It feels like a scam company, avoid at all costs. Sounds like only one person responds if you go by the name also (Mia)

Do not order from this company it is a scam! I ordered a jacket with a delivery time of 5-8 days, it arrived 25 days later than expected. Before ordering the jacket I checked the refund policy which stated returns could be made to an address in London and Paris. As the item was received late, I no longer needed it and it was also not true to size (very small). I contacted the company to request a refund and Mia responded promptly to inform me should would give me a 30% Refund, I could keep the product or if I still wanted to return it I would have to pay between £20-£35 delivery charge to Asia as outlined in their terms and conditions. I rechecked their website and this was not stated. Despite pursuing this further Mia would not give me a refund or allow me to return the jacket to the London address. At one point she changed the information on the website, stipulating refunds would be made to Asia at the cost to the customer. I informed her that if I had seen this I would not have ordered off the site, this information was quickly removed along with the original refund addresses both in London and Paris. I searched for the London address on Google and it is an address that is regularly used to scam people. I would advise all not to order from this site!
