Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous n'êtes pas satisfaite de votre expérience. Cependant, il semble que vous vous trompiez de site. Paris Fashion Shops vend uniquement aux professionnels, avec des prix de vente en gros bien inférieurs à 60€. De plus, les photos de nos produits sont majoritairement réalisées en interne dans notre studio photo.

We understand your frustration regarding the delays in response and the difficulties you’ve faced with the returns process.
We experienced a peak in demand, which led to extended response times from our customer service team. However, I assure you that the situation is now under control, and each claim is addressed within 48 hours. As you are based in the UK, we require some additional paperwork for customs, and we hope you understand that this process is necessary.

When a claim is made, we ask that the return be completed within 48 hours to resolve the issue quickly and process the refund upon receipt. As a platform, the items belong to wholesalers who need to manage their stock efficiently.

While we strive to be flexible and can sometimes extend the return window by a few days, contacting us three weeks after receiving the return instructions is unfortunately too long for us to accept the return.

We sincerely regret that you felt the need to write a negative review and not reply our last email, as we have consistently made an effort to accommodate your needs and ensure your satisfaction, even when the terms and conditions set by our platform were not always met.
