I ordered a frame (SAINT LAURENT - SL 893/J-004) from Paris Lunetier on April 9th and received an order confirmation stating I would receive them in 4 to 9 working days. It also said I would receive shipping information as soon as they were sent. Since I didn't get any info on the shipping, I wrote to them on April 15th to hear about the status, but I just received the exact same standard order confirmation once more. Then the day after, on April 16th, I get a message that my order is cancelled because they are out of stock. I have full understanding that they canât deliver something they donât have, but the response time is very long and the communication is poor. So, me and the rest of my family won't be ordering from here again.
