THREATENING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a Mock neck sweatshirt on 11/30/25. I received a confirmation but on 12/17, I requested a status on this order. At first I was told it was stuck in customs, then lost, then out of stock. By 1/17/26 I was offered a refund but said it would take several days to finalize. I became suspicious and contacted AMEX, which was charged immediately on 11/30/25 and filed a dispute on my charge. I subsequently received a nasty, threatening email from PARKEOFFICIAL customer service stating because of my bank dispute my information "triggered a security review which exposed my payment details and has my financial data floating around".
That is not appropriate for any customer service to penalize and threaten their customers. So beware of crossing PARKEOFFICIAL
