Awful company. Took 3 hours to deliver our car back to us at Gatwick and when we found the car, left in the car park with the key on the wheel, it was smashed up!!! Since then they have not called me back, ignored all messaged and emails and been awful to deal with. Now dealing with the police and my own insurance to get this sorted. AVOID!!!!!!!

⭐ 1 STAR — ALL TERMINAL MANCHESTER PARKING MEET AND GREET — BE AWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK
This review relates specifically to ALL TERMINAL MANCHESTER PARKING, booked through Compare Parking Deals / Parking4You for Manchester Airport.
Our experience dropping the car off was absolutely fine. Unfortunately, collecting it on our return was anything but.
When we dropped our vehicle off, we were handed a Return Voucher which states in large, bold lettering:
“WE ENDEAVOUR TO DELIVER YOUR VEHICLE WITHIN 60 MINUTES OF YOUR CALL DEPENDING ON TRAFFIC AND WEATHER CONDITIONS.”
The same voucher specifically instructs customers to “Please call us once you have collected your luggage.”
That's exactly what we did.
After collecting our luggage from the carousel, we called immediately as instructed. We were told we would receive a call when the driver was approximately five minutes away.
Around 10 minutes later I called again, partly to clarify exactly where we needed to go and to ask how long the vehicle would be. I was then told 25–30 minutes.
We went to the collection point and waited.
After a further 40 minutes, with still no car, I called again and was told:
“He's on his way, not far, about 12 minutes away.”
As I understood that the car was being stored only around three miles away, I questioned why it was taking so long.
The response I received was quite unbelievable:
“Have you got a problem with your hearing? I just told you it's about 12 minutes away.”
That is genuinely how I was spoken to as a paying customer simply for asking where our vehicle was.
Our car eventually arrived EXACTLY 60 MINUTES after our first telephone call.
I then spoke to the driver and asked when he had actually left with our vehicle. He told me he was just a driver and had only been given the job around 15 minutes earlier.
That was particularly frustrating because we'd spent the previous part of the hour being given the impression that our driver was already on his way.
To be completely fair, the vehicle was returned within the company's stated “within 60 minutes” period — by the absolute skin of their teeth.
But here's what I think anyone considering booking this service needs to know:
This is advertised as Manchester Airport Meet & Greet parking, yet their return voucher says you could be waiting for your vehicle for UP TO AN HOUR AFTER you've collected your luggage and called them.
I certainly don't remember that being made anywhere near as prominent when we actually booked the service as it is on the voucher you're handed after leaving your car with them.
We had previously used a more expensive VIP Meet & Greet service but chose this option because the other service had become considerably more expensive.
Unfortunately, on this occasion the saving simply wasn't worth it.
The hour-long wait was frustrating, but what really turned this into a one-star experience was the conflicting information we were given and, above all, the completely unacceptable way I was spoken to on the telephone.
Thankfully, we were collecting our car on an August evening. Imagine doing the same thing late at night in December, standing around with your luggage and family waiting potentially an hour for what you've booked as a Meet & Greet service.
We will definitely NOT use All Terminal Manchester Parking again.
If you're considering booking because it's cheaper than some of the alternatives, my advice is simple:
Read the small print and be aware of that 60-minute return window before deciding whether the saving is worth it.
In our case, they used every single minute of it.

The company uses fake reviews on their platform. We used a service from one of the parking companies they advertise (Gatwick Airport Parking Services), and the experience was dreadful.
The reviews for this company on parking4you.co.uk platform are super positive (all 5-star), which is clearly engineered, whereas on Trustpilot and elsewhere they are much poorer, and the comments are similar to my experience. 
Both the platform and the parking company should be avoided.

Very poor experience with Parking 4 You.

I cancelled booking CAP-18-652688 on 2 July 2026 and was told the refund of £62.93 had been processed and would be back in my account within 5–7 working days.

When nothing arrived, I chased again and on 17 July was told once more that the refund had been processed. I followed up yet again and on 29 July received the message: “Refund done.”

As of 10 August, I still have not received the refund and I have not been provided with any transaction reference or proof that the payment was actually returned.

More than five weeks after cancellation, I am still chasing money I was repeatedly told had already been refunded.

The communication has been frustrating and the repeated assurances have not matched what has actually happened. I am now having to consider raising the matter with my card provider.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

No volveré a utilizar los servicios de esta empresa. Ya me llamó la atenció que, la persona que nos recogió el coche en el aeropuerto de Barcelona, no llevara ningún tipo de identificación y que no nos diera ningún resguardo al entregarle el coche (aunque se lo pedimos). Pero el colmo fue al regreso, que tuvimos un problema con la terminal y, al llamar para informar a la empresa, la persona que nos atendió por teléfono fue extramadamente maleducada y faltona (nunca había visto un trato al cliente tan horrible, sobre todo cuando veníamos de tener un problema con el vuelo y no necesitábamos más tensión). Cuando nos trajeron el coche, el chico que lo trajo (él sí muy amable) nos dijo que teníamos que pagar 10€ por los inconvenientes ocasionados, o de lo contrario no nos podía devolver el coche. Evidentemente se los pagamos (para evitar más problemas ni discusiones) y, cuando le pedimos un recibo por los 10€ abonados, nos dijo que no nos podía entregar nada. Es decir, se guardó los 10€ en la cartera, y "aquí no ha pasado nada". Me alegro por las personas que reseñan que han tenido una buena experiencia con esta empresa, pero lo que yo tengo claro es que con ella no repetiré nunca más: será por falta de empresas que te ofrecen este servicio de una manera profesional, y no con el mal trato y opacidad del Parquing4U!

Complete scam avoid like the plague. They tell you meet opposite the train station car park and call when your 30 mins out. When I got there they told me to park in a public pay and display car park and wait for their drive. He never arrived I called multiple times and they kept saying he was coming and putting me on hold. I ended up missing my flight and when I try to complain they give me London Stansted complains email

Booked as not showing anything re Parking Levy charge, when booked confirmation shows “levy” charge !!!

I have booked a Meet and Greet parking at Bristol Airport for late August. The website was helpful at giving info on services offered and I chose an option that suited my needs. Price for the service was very good. Time will tell whether the service deserves a 5 star review for collection and return of the car.

Very disappointing experience – I would not recommend this company.

We were charged an additional £20 for airport transport, which was a hidden cost and not made clear when booking.

It was impossible to get through on the advertised phone number. Instead, someone contacted me via WhatsApp from a different number, which was confusing and unprofessional.

After calling, I was told I had to wait 30 minutes for the airport shuttle. Considering the amount charged for the transfer, this is completely unacceptable. I was the last passenger to board, and it turned out that everyone else had already been waiting on the bus for quite some time.

To make matters worse, the driver then wanted to pick up another family, even though the shuttle was already full. Passengers on the bus protested because they felt it wasn’t safe, and only then did the driver finally leave for the airport.

When I collected my car, it was returned dirty, which was another disappointment.

I’ve used similar airport parking companies before and always had excellent experiences. This company is also located quite far out in the fields at New Farm, making the whole process even less convenient.

Overall, a very poor experience. Avoid booking with this company.

This is the worst airport parking company I have ever used and I have used a lot!! They used my car and diesel then gave me my car back filthy! Avoid at all costs. I want a refund and my car cleaning at very least.

We were left waiting at Bristol airport for 2 hours by parking4u, we were rescued by another company’s driver Broadfields park and ride, who took us to collect our cars. Thank you Broadfields and never again Parking4u!!

I tried to pay three times and it failed. It was not clear what the offer was so I would like to cancel and receive a full refund. Maybe a mistake but it was not clear that the parking was not at the Stansted M&G.

Plz guys don't take this parking service ,it is ridiculous i almost missed my flight when going out as the parking owner want shuttle to be full before it depart , when I asked i was told I have no sense,
When we return i was initially told at 35 min pick up time and then driver turns up and said he is going for his break and I am still waiting to be picked up

Nos sentimos estafados!
Dejamos el vehículo con el depósito casi lleno y nos lo devolvieron en reserva y con visibles canvios en el interior del vehículo que nos indican que nuestro vehículo ha sido usado mientras hemos estado de vacaciones.

No recomendamos este párquing a nadie.

Dejamos el coche con más de medio depósito y se nos devolvió en reserva, de más de 300km que podía hacer se nos devolvió con gasolina sólo para 50km, con muchas cosas del interior cambiadas, estamos seguros que el vehículo fue usado durante nuestras vacaciones, llamamos y no nos dan explicación, fatal, no repetiremos ni lo aconsejamos a nadie

Made a booking without any hassle and good discount as well. I will write more when I will return and get my car back.

Lady was very helpful changing my booking after my flight was changed.
Have used this company for years & trust them, on the rare occasion something goes wrong they have sorted it for me.
They have someone in the office that you can speak to.
Will be booking again

El trato al cliente es nefasto, muy mal educada la persona que me atendió al teléfono, cuando le informe que iva con un bebe y que por favor no se demoras en me llego a levantar la voz y incluso a negarme el servicio que ya había reservado previamente, en fin un desastre, no volveré jamás a contratarlos
