A great buying experience.
Jason of Parkland Motors answered all my questions and did all he could to show me the car in the dark under spotlights - nothing was too much trouble!. I was more than happy when I saw the car in daylight and took it for a test drive. However on the 100 mile drive home I discovered a minor fault, but this was quickly resolved when Parkland Motors asked me to take it to my local garage for diagnosis and repair and they would foot the bill - which they did immediately. I am more than satisfied with my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and have no hesitation in recommending Parkland Motors as a friendly, honest, and reliable motor trader. 👍🏿😊

Where to begin

Bought an Audi tt . We agreed I paid full asking price and the garage agreed to respray certain parts of the car and put car mats in it . There was delays but I thought better they do it right than rush . Collected the car in the rain drove it back to Nottingham to find they hadn’t resprayed the car and the mats that “were in the boot “ weren’t .

I then had to leave the car with them for another few days which was not ideal at all as I was driving to London that weekend . Left it with them to be sorted . When I got the car back someone had left their rubbish in it and been smoking weed in the car . I reported this to the garage and was told “it could have been you smoking weed in there “ wow .

I got home and realised they had removed car badges from the car without telling me and left them in the centre console . Unbelievable .

The car then kept going into limp mode . I was told this is my fault again and was because it had been stage one remapped by a reputable garage . This is normal and isn’t some huge modification . They said they would fix it by putting the car back to stock again and if that worked I was to pay £75 which I agreed to . The electronic specialist was on speaker phone and said it was an easy job and wouldn’t take long . When I arrived to collect it I was told it was fixed but they wanted £150 cause it took “2 hours” I wanted it done so I paid it despite knowing they were being dodgy as hell .

Lo and behold 2 weeks later the cars broke again . Please avoid like the plague . So ridiculously dodgy and unprofessional it’s unreal . I tried to give them the car back and they refused so don’t pay attention to that guarantee they give you .

They will say they did nothing wrong . That’s what dodgy garages do .

Very friendly and helpful from Fedz and the team. Bought from 200+ miles away and had a car delivered, it came in perfect condition and they sorted a chip noticed on the windscreen prior to delivery. Car ok so far, and I'm confident that if there were any issues, they will be rectified without any drama. Finance experience was simple enough and 6 month platinum warranty thrown in. Superb!

Would not buy another car from this company even with 50% off! 4 months after buying a car with a new MOT, Service and 85 point check I'm left with a repair bill of close to £5000. Apparently wear and tear!

In no time I was able to get a car, I knew everything what I needed and felt welcomed.

Car is in great condition as described and it comes with fairly long warranty as standard.

I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Parkland Motors. The service we received was 5* from start to finish. We dealt with Fedz and can honestly say he had a none pushy approach to selling the car. His customer service and care are second to none!

Spot on company and a good lad feds kept me updated with everything polite and very professional then the young lad which brought the car to me polite and professional also went through everything in detail with me def needs a raise there lol will def recommend to anyone wanting a car not many decent car sales place around anymore these lads are spot on happy Christmas lads

Found a car I loved the look of on Autotrader. Contacted Parkland Motors with regards a viewing. This was all arranged very efficiently by Fedz and i drove up the following weekend. The car was as advertised and the whole process was very easy.

No pressure sale. We turned up in the hope to view a car that was still awaiting preparation. The gentle man happily let us view the car and several others and take our time with them. We put a deposit down which was completely refunded if we decided upon test driving that we didn't like the vechile. On arriving to test drive the vechile and hopefully take home there was a few things that they said they would do that hadn't but the gentleman apologised and an issue that we hadn't noticed they had picked up and wanted to complete before handing over. We collected our car on the 30/11/2022 and so far are very happy with it. Throughout the process we where kept informed and no pressure was put on us to complete the Sale. Very happy customers

I came across Parkland Motors online whilst looking for a Toyota Avensis and they had one in , otherwise I might never have found them. I bought the car from them and it was delivered to my home within a few days of first seeing it, Up to press I am pleased with the car and also with Fedz who gave us first class service from start to finish.

Not in the habit of doing bad reviews but in our experience this is an unprofessional company. We saw a car we liked on their website and rang up about it, discussed a phone quote for our Volvo XC 60 to part exchange for a Nissan Juke, they offered £10,000 without seeing it. Drove down to the garage the following night to take our car and see the Juke, Jason the sales guy had a brief test drive in our car and had no issues with it. We paid a small deposit, went back a week later to pick up the new car. My husband transferred the money over into their account for them to say they needed their mechanic to take out our car. She came back and said there were a couple of issues with our Volvo, a big oil leak and possibly rear axle, rear differential was on it's way out, they could only offer us £8,500 against our car which seemed very dodgy as we had just had the car mot'd within the last couple of weeks. My husband then decided he wasn't happy and declined the offer and asked for his money back to be told it would take a couple of hours as they had reached their limit for the day with the bank???? This was at 4.30pm, husband said he would wait as wasn't leaving the garage without his money being transferred back. Surprise, surprise they managed to transfer the money back within a half an hour. We took the Volvo back to where we had the mot the following morning, to be told nothing was wrong with the car and without Parkland Motor's mechanic getting under the car didn't know how they had detected an oil leak, re the rear diff he said there was no issue.
We then rang Parkland Motors and advised them of this and told them we thought they were trying it on. Jason apologised and said he was only going on what he was advised by his mechanic. All very suspicious and dodgy, be wary of this company. We advised them we would be giving them a poor review. This happened a couple of weeks ago, we have since part exchanged the Volvo for £10,250 to a reputable garage in Crewe where the experience and service was completely different and paid less money for a newer car.

We had our car stolen. Then it became forensic evidence. The insurers couldn’t then inspect it. So our payout was painfully protracted. We saw a beautiful 2020 VW Tourag at this garage, Parkland. Fedz was the guy we dealt with and he was professional, patient, supportive, and so helpful throughout our extended purchase process. We took delivery of our VW Tourag last week and we love it. Fedz had sorted out the MOT, tax, a new tyre, extra number plates which we wanted - he’d taken care of everything we needed. Our new car was polished and shiny, all gorgeous and good to go. I highly recommend Parkland. And we love you Fedz!

Superb when I rang parkland motors I was put though to a guy called Fedz he was brilliant from the outset he listened to my needs and sorted everything thing out for me it was really smooth Fedz was the ultimate professional and extremely knowledgeable totally recommend thanks Fedz your a star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Top level service from Fedz, there was no pressure selling at all and he was very accomodating to me collecting at short notice. After care is also very impressive, the vehicle had one small problem with it and unlike most dealers where they fob you off telling you to claim under warranty Fedz personally made sure the issue was dealt with in less than a week at my own convenience at a garage local to me rather than making me travel back to the dealership. Although its a long way from home for me i will not think twice about using this dealership for future purchases.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, I dealt with a lovely guy called Fedz and he was fantastic! Super polite, patient and overall a lovely guy.
I had the car delivered to my house and the guy delivering it was also very polite and helpful.
I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again.
