Jason was so helpful and did a video walk round of the car for me as I wasn't able to view in person. Once my finance had been sent through to them he arranged delivery for the following Monday. Great service thank you so much

The whole experience from start to finish was really well handled. As soon as I reserved the car the team were in contact to update me on the 85 point check.
When I arrived the car was ready for inspection and I was offered refreshments as soon as I walked into the showroom. Fedz who was our sales consultant was very amicable, friendly and offered us a great price on our part exchange.

The new car was clean inside and out and the team handled the exchange smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and would happily make the trip for again when I’m next in need of a new car.

From my initial contact every one i had dealings with were friendly and not pushing for the sale, but happy to answer questions and allow me to inspect test drive the vehicle without pressure. Fedz was particularly helpful, guiding me through the part exchange and transfer process. A great team

We bought a Clio from Parkland Motors. From the first visit we were given the freedom to look around the car and then take it out for a drive. We dealt with Ash, there was no pressure at all and any issues we had were out right straight away. The car is great. Thanks

Jason (Jay) was fantastic in communicating with me prior to coming down to Loughborough to view (and buy) the car. Answered any questions I had and reassured me that himself and his dealership were happy with the finance company I had chosen to secure the sale of the car with and was happy with their procedure of transferring the funds once I had viewed the car and was happy with it. Jason even arranged for their operations manager to pick me up from the train station and drive me to the dealership (which was very welcome after a 3 train trip down from Glasgow at 5:45am! 😃), also given a very nice coffee in the dealership also whilst we waited for the finance company to transfer the funds. Very happy with the car, 8 months MOT and 3 months warranty, excellent service! My only small issue was that there was no floor mats with the car, apart from that I was extremely happy!

I bought a bmw x4 from parkland motors and what a really nice set of guys no pressure sales nothing hidden they did exactly what I needed great garage and will recommend to anyone.

Jason from Parkland Motors provided the right guidance and support to select my son's first car and it's in very good condition.
I am happy to give 5 starts for this.

Bought an F-Pace, less than 18 hours in my possession the engine management light was on, took it to a Jaguar specialist who diagnosed it needing a new engine. Rang the dealership asked to return the car and get my part ex back. They had already got rid of my part ex (not sure how because of their extensive 85 point check where did they find the time!!).

Wished I’d read reviews before going to parkland motors, because like others my car had a so called ‘oil leak’ but they wouldn’t provide evidence of this so they knocked £300 off the part ex price.

Took them 3 days to pick the car up and I don’t know how many phone calls trying to get my money back. They play at being your best mates but I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

That’s the least pressure i have had in buying a car. Offered the keys and told go and have a good look at our leisure then came back to speak to Ash who was brilliant. Tow bar fitted and no problems with paperwork etc, a very understanding and helpful team. Had a little problem and with only living 3miles away it was sorted with no questions asked within the hour.
Thank you Ash and all at Parkland Motors and will pass on to others about your excellent service.
