First time buying from them and it will be my last. It was 60 dollars for a beanie and a calendar and that’s with the holiday sale! Extremely overpriced, but the reason for the negative review is they took over 2 weeks to ship it out and then they sent it via FedEx. I spent almost 10 dollars on shipping because I paid for USPS priority shipping. I specifically paid for USPS and received a lower quality and slower shipping service. I ordered from them in November and did not receive my items until the 16th of December.

I will not buy from this shop again

Today is 12/9 and I haven’t received it.
Shipping is super duper slow.
I’m not sure if I’ll ever receive it.
Do not recommend this.

Really great products. Love the t-shirts and hats. Soft and tough materials. Even the games are neat and beautifully done! Would recommand it.

I recently purchased 2 Parks Project Yellowstone Peaceful Bear tees, small and large, because I really like the print. They were purchased from Free People and Lost Season for $40 each so I expected good quality.

The first thing I noticed was how thin the material is and thought they probably won’t last long like other tee shirts. Then I saw that both shirts had poorly made collars. The small collar is crooked and the large collar is over an inch off center and looks weird wearing it.
The large from Lost Season was also covered in cat hair.

These shirts are made in Nicaragua, a good thing for Nicaraguans, but if Parks Project is going to charge $40 for a very thin material shirt they should at least communicate with those who make it about the quality.

First time ordering from this brand. I wanted a t-shirt they only sold online. The sizing guide isn't always accurate and what they placed in the description for the models was just height measurements. I got my shirt decided to go online to exchange for a size. I saw the medium was in stock and attempted the exchange. However, their exchange system would not let me exhange, even though it showed it stock. I reached out to customer service via email 2 times in the last week. No one answered. I also used their webform and reached out to someone on Instagram. No one has responded to my message and I now have a shirt that can't be exchanged because it's no longer in stock. I also have a size I can't wear and if I return it, I will be charged $9. This is a really disappointing experience. I get that companies are short staffed, but to not respond to a customer inquiry for an exchange over a week is in excusable. Your company supports a great cause, but that doesn't make up for an abysmal communication.
