ParrotKey turns your voice into polished, correctly written text in any app on macOS and Windows in 50+ languages, with grammar fixes and translations. Press a hotkey, talk, and your words appear in whatever app you are already using - email, Slack, a document, a browser field - cleaned up, correctly punctuated and grammatically right. No copying and pasting from a separate transcription window, and no editing pass afterwards. ParrotKey can translate while you dictate, so you can speak German and write English. A personal dictionary keeps names, jargon and product terms spelled the way you want them, so client names and technical vocabulary stop coming out wrong. Command mode lets you rewrite, shorten or restructure text you have already selected, using your voice instead of a chat window. It was built for people who write all day: consultants, support teams, agencies, writers and anyone working across languages. Most people speak around three times faster than they type, and ParrotKey is designed to turn that speed into text you can actually send without rereading it first. Getting started is free, with 2,500 words per week, basic grammar correction and three languages. Pro costs 12 euro per month, or 9 euro per month billed yearly, and removes the word limit while unlocking all languages, command mode and team features. Amazing software! It saves me so much time since I can just speak instead of typing everything out. The translate feature is incredibly useful too, and it's been impressively accurate every time. Really happy with ParrotKey!

I use ParrotKey on a daily basis, and for me the biggest benefit is simply how much time it saves. Instead of typing everything out, I press the hotkey, speak naturally, and ParrotKey turns what I say into clean, usable text.
I notice the difference especially when writing longer emails, documents, messages, or notes. It is simply much faster to speak than to type everything manually, and the transcription is generally very accurate. I also like that I do not have to speak in an unnatural or overly slow way. I can just say what I want to say and keep working.
My experience with the team behind ParrotKey has also been positive. Feedback is taken seriously, and when you run into something, they actually listen and think along with you. You can tell the product is still actively being developed and improved, which makes good customer support even more important.
For me, ParrotKey has become a genuinely useful productivity tool. Less typing, faster communication, and a much more efficient workflow overall.
