Received confirmation on Saturday that courier was expecting my parcel; parcel received from courier by Monday lunchtime!! Everything worked seamlessly. I havenât tasted any of my meals yet (obviously thereâs no risk of them âgoing offâ) as I havenât got my breath back over the speed of the ParsleyBox service but if the taste is as excellent as the service the whole caboodle will have been absolutely perfect. I love the variety of meals, sizes of meals and the choice for different types of food needs!!

Ordering was easy and prompt delivery but the meals were in too big a box and had been thrown around so some of them were upside down and some were out of their sleeves. I had to check each carefully to make sure they were not damaged. The delivery company did not give me a delivery time and only sent a text after delivery saying it has been left in my secure place inside the porch. I do not provide details of a secure place and found the box outside the front door facing the road even though I was at home. This is the first time I have had any problems with Parsley Box and am usually very happy from start to finish and the meals are good.

Didn't realise at first that the 'welcome back' special order came into the basket once I entered the code. This could be explained better. Also when looking for the Chicken in lemon ..... it did not appear because it begins with Thai! Hope this helps.

Very bland
The meals are convenient, easy to store and reasonably priced; however the meals are very bland and lacking in any seasoning. Accordingly I rarely finish the meal since itâs like chewing on cardboard. Frozen meals are much tastier so reluctantly back to the freezer.
