I usually don’t write long reviews or many reviews at all to be honest but I honestly felt compelled to write this one.

I had a brill experience that I would of only hoped for! I have been a fan of the designs this brand puts out for years, since about 2016 when they used to do a lot of varied designs and prints, but as things have matured and evolved with each release, I’ve only grown to love it all that much more.

Full disclosure; this is my second order and I did not review the first. My first order was perfect, nothing wrong with any of the clothes and I was pleased they arrived fairly promptly (about 2 weeks from dispatch) which is kinda standard for U.K./Aus stuff.

My second ordering experience has been AMAZING. In total, I bought 8 pieces of clothing because I knew there was a heap I wanted and I didn’t want to end up paying two bunches of shipping through the year when I made the next order for the rest, so I splashed out. The order went through seamslessy.

After about two days, I realised I had the wrong size in the sweater that I’d bought so I emailed to change it and I received a reply pretty much instantaneously saying the size had been changed to my preferred one and that would not effect my orders processing times. Easy peasy!

All in all it took 8 days for my order to be processed, of which only 6 were business days so it seemed to be within the timeline listed on the site. I got a shipping email and the owner emailed me directly to not only reassure me again about the size of the sweater being changed but also to send me a surprise gift card with a refund of my postage! I was absolutely floored and couldn’t believe how out of the blue it was. I regularly comment on the instagram account for the business, so he said he’d seen me and wanted to offer a gesture of thanks for support. Genuinely blown away.

I am extremely pleased with how things went and I will most, most, MOST definitely be ordering again around wintertime. I always worry about lack of customer support from smaller businesses when I shop online but this one has changed my thinking and I will definitely worry less when I do in the future.

The experience was truly amazing. I had to wait a little bit longer (order placed on December 13 and shipped on February 2nd) but Sam made sure to compensate for the extra time with a little gift for me that I truly loved. I got A WARM HUG Sweater for my boyfriend and it’s so pretty. I can’t wait to give it to him.

the clothes look just like they do on the website and i love all the little touches on them. the labels are fab! far better quality than i was expecting tbh so pleased with the price because the stuff isn’t that expensive when you look at other brands doing sweatshirts and tees and other stuff. thank youu!

Beautiful stuff with quick delivery, just make sure you get the right size. I ordered four things (one was a hat so no worries there) but the others were all tops, with one being size medium. Turned out medium was a bit tighter on me than I had expected. Only ordered the medium because the large was out of stock.

Have to give credit where credit is due though because when I emailed and mentioned the size issue with one tee, the owner emailed me straight back saying he would send out a large in replacement for the size that didn’t fit well. It’s now on its way to me according to the tracking so I’m happy.

I would shop here again and plan to get some joggers next.

Love love LOVE this brand and the artwork. I’ve never connected this much to someones writing and the designs on each tshirt are always so insightful.

My experience this time (cos this is my 2nd order) was that I ordered just before Christmas and received my order on 12th January. I honestly thought it would take longer to get here because of the Christmas break but it was shipped within even the normal estimate and then arrived in 6 business days. And it was upgraded to tracked for free! Genuinely love the care and thought put into every aspect of this business and I will definitely be back for some other pieces to add to my l’il collection.

It has the most satisfying customer service ever I have never experienced such a high quality experience

Ordered my sister a new jumper to celebrate her coming home from Aus (and to deal with the cold weather over here lol) and it came really quick. She hasn’t tried it on yet but i’ve looked at everything and its gorgeous and i know she’ll love it. Thanks for helping me with my tracking Sam!! Absolute gold star!

Order came in today, just under a week since I ordered. Great quality shirts and personal touch from the owner inside the parcel. Got my eye on the new jumper they’ve been teasing. Keep it up lads 👍🏼

Brilliant service from start to finish. Ordered twice in two days but had an error in my first order’s address so had to get that changed which was super easy thanks to Sam. I also made an order for a custom t-shirt for my partner which turned out really lovely. Overall brill experience and will be back for some Christmas pressies later in the year!

Ordered from Sam, had my package sent internationally, when it took 6 weeks for him to admit that the package was not moving, he sent another but refused to add tracking. When that one wouldn’t show, he sent another, this time with tracking. When that package didn’t show up, the fourth and final package was sent. I was told I would be refunded my shipping fees, as a refund wasn’t possible. Once It was received, I was promised a package of free goodies considering it took 7+ months to get the original package I paid for. We corresponded that it would be sent over with a friend of mine that lived close to his headquarters. After being left on read, my emails ignored and no final package being sent, I was only left with broken promises. I was told that paid ordered too priority, and while I understand that that was the last message that has been received to me by Sam.

I wish I could say that I loved Sam’s customer service, but with the endings of our interactions and the lack of fulfillment on his side, I cannot say I was impressed by my order at all.

Above was my original review from 2022, which once posted, Sam has reached out almost immediately to request I take it down, and that he would finally get moving on the “free goodies”. I addressed I was uncomfortable, because of the history of packages being “sent” with no proof and never being received. We came to a compromise, I would take the review down and he said he would be sending it out June 23th. It was mentioned that it would take 10 business days, and said he attached his own barcode, despite it not being tracked. Fast forward to August, I had moved, and addressed that with Sam previously. He originally said it would arrive before my moving date, so my frustrations were exceptionally high at this point.

On August 7th 2023, I addressed that I wished I was given the option to at least pay for tracking, considering the past we had. The question was essentially avoided, I was told to continue to wait, and that the risks outweighed the rewards for him in this situation, and that if this package didn’t show up, I basically would be SOL.

It is now October 24th, the last message received from him was on August 9th, addressing a that the proof he supplied, the barcode number, was really all he could do. I would have hoped to get a picture of him sending a package with my name and address as proof or something, but was only reminded of the barcode, that remains invalid to this day when put into Canada Posts tracking system.

I honestly feel like I’ve been robbed, the money spent in exchange, customs, the promised refund for shipping that never came, and the back and forth of broken promises. Not to mention the discoloration one of my shirts is now experiencing. I believe If I was allowed to pay for tracking, or even asked, that this may have all been avoided. With 4 packages being sent to me, that never arrived, makes me feel as if I was lied to about packages being sent to me. I truthfully hope Sam is able to get a better system for himself, and his customers.

Really cute clothes for a good price. Bought myself and my daughter some matching tops for a holiday last month and they couldn’t of been nicer. Expected low quality but was really surprised at how soft they are and you even can’t feel the print! She’s already making her Christmas list and I have my eye on few things too. Lovely thanks.

Sam was so incredibly kind and forthcoming! My order took a little longer than expected (which was really no problem at all) but he kept me updated at all times and also upgraded the shipping for free!! This certainly won’t be my last order from kult xx thx

Very impressed with my T’s - fitting was better than I had expected and definitely no need to size up or down like some websites. My usual size was right. Quickly arrived and delivered for next to nothing by Evri/Hermes. Brilliant stuff, cheers.

I will start with Sam which make all the costumer service so smooth and easy. Sweatpants are great. I love the length and the fit and mostly I love how cozy it is. It keeps me warm, looks great and is soft and luxurious. I am thinking about getting another in a different color…because if it’s this good, why not?

I’ve been a fan of KULT for a long time now! I’m always amazed at how Sam always puts so much love and quality into each product!

This new order I got was two of the embrace sweat pants! One pair for me and another for my mom! She absolutely loves her Mother’s Day gift! I’m also absolutely inlove as well! I don’t think I’ve taken them off once since I received them in the mail 2 days ago!

Beyond the products, customer service is always 100/10!
Don’t even hesitate if you’re thinking of ordering, just do it!

Loving my sweaters they’re so soft. I’ve ordered twice from this brand and both times were great, quick replies to my questions. I also had to change the sizes on my second order when I made a mistake which was sorted very fast. Thank you for your art, Sam. <33

First time ordering anything from this shop for myself and I’m really happy with my t-shirts and jumper.

I was concerned that the order might take awhile to come because my girlfriend has ordered from here before (for stuff for my birthday) and it took just over 3 weeks in November 2022, but was pleasantly surprised by how quick these lot came in. Ordered on 10th May and the parcel was delivered on Friday which was the 19th.

Definitely impressed with the speed of that and then the quality is absolutely out of this world on all the t-shirts. I was given a free discount code inside my parcel so I’ll be using that to get something for my gf’s birthday next month and probably something for me too. Thanks guys, keep it up.

Easy to order my things and came quickly. Loving my new joggers they are amazingly soft. Will be back for more v soon!!
