Worst Experience Ever
1 year ago, in April 2022, I ordered a shirt from this brand thinking I'd get it buy July to wear to a music festival. It never came and I reached out to Sam, who chocked it up to customs potentially losing my shirt. Fine, I know that happens from time to time. However, everything that came out after that was a nightmare.
Not only was Sam purposefully ignoring my messages, but he wouldn't give me a refund for my shirt. I already found that to be strange, and he wouldn't even give me a reason why. Then, he followed up my promising to send me a new shirt, which by the way, also didn't arrive and he didn't send out until March 2023, supposedly. I even offered to pay for tracking, which he wouldn't let me do and wouldn't add himself. Another thing I found weird, wouldn't you want to add tracking to a package after the first one was completely lost.
The first time I left a review was the only reason why Sam reached out to me again, because he wanted me to take down the 1 start review, and it was only after that he sent the replacement shirt. I also felt like I was being gaslit every time he told me he was so tired from working and being a small business owner. I'm tired too you know, I work very hard for my money and now I'm out of $30 with no shirt. It is now April 2023, no original shirt and no replacement shirt. I can forgive the original package being lost the first time, but the 2nd one? This is very fishy.
I've reached out to Sam several times, updating him and asking if he'd been able to get in touch with Royal Mail, which again he ignored. I know for a fact I will never be receiving this shirt and I'm out of $30. So, I hope my money makes you happy Sam. That will at least make one of us, because I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.
If you are from California like me, I don't recommend buying from this brand. I've ordered from the UK before and I've never had this type of experience in my life.

My custom order is perfect. It took about two weeks to come through from when I ordered it because it was being made to my choices and I absolutely looove how it came together. It's a present for my boyfriend's birthday and I know he's going to think it's really special and thoughtful. The item is great quality and the attention to details is just amazing! There were some delays with my parcel but I received an email explaining what happened and that really made me feel seen as a customer. The order came with a hand written note which again just makes it extra special :) I will be buying again for sure!

When I placed my order, I mistakenly chose the non-tracked delivery option. As a result, I felt quite anxious about the delivery process, especially since there was a delay in Sam's response due to issues with the Royal Mail provider. However, Sam quickly resolved the issue through clear and effective communication, offering me a free-of-charge live tracking code to put my mind at ease. But that was not all.
Sam even went above and beyond by refunding me my shipping cost, which was a completely unexpected gesture of kindness. Wonderful service from start to finish!
Although my order arrived later than I had wanted it to (which was my fault), I've never been happier about an order.
Since I bought my items during the 'busy season' (towards Christmas time) I was waiting a few weeks just for a reply to an inquiry I had which did make me nervous about my order. My inquiry was answered as soon as it was possible and kept me updated frequently which assured me very much. The customer service interactions throughout (and after) my delivery were super friendly and thoughtful, providing the necessary information which allowed me to stay up to date with the handling of my products and had me appreciate the company I was buying from. As for the products I bought, the GROWTH sweater and the L.I.Y kit, they surpassed my expectations as the quality had been amazing. The sweater was super comfortable and the size was perfect. I'm definitely buying from KULT again as soon as I get the chance!

Ordered 4 times so far. My first order in 2020 had issues and I ended just getting a refund after the tracking said it was delivered but I didn’t get it at my address. Sam was so nice and understanding about the problem and happily sent my money back and with a discount code too. I’ve ordered 3 more times since then and never had the same issue again I think it was probably just the pandemic because it was like May 2020 the first time. Love my clothes and I’m starting to get a bit of a collection of them :)). These designs speak to me in a way I can’t find anywhere else. Thanks Sam for the art! :))
Good quality and fit/feel is excellent
Super, super easy to make an order and pay. Didn't have any issues with my order from the Black Friday sales and got my package inside of two weeks (ordered on December 2). Fit is great, feel is even better. Didn't expect the quality to be as high as it is for the price as I paid $12 for one tee that ended up being more like a $30 one it was so soft. I found out about this brand from my friend and even though she said her order took a while to come, mine was really quick. Definitely coming back for something else even when the sales aren't on because the price overall is worth it for the quality.

Order never arrived/refunds/customer service
I really appreciate and support this type of art. That's why I made an order with Kult. I'm leaving 3 stars for a reason. My order was made on 28th of november of 2021. Today's 15th of December of 2022. More than 1 year has passed and I never received this order. I was really, genuinely excited about it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, then a birthday gift, a Christmas gift again but I guess it won't happen. I don't know who's fault is this, mine it's not but I'm really wondering what's the best thing to do when the order never arrives? This happened to me before, with another store, but they refunded me the money. I didn't even wanted to talk about money. It's this whole situation. Sent several email's, then on 15th of February they sent me an email saying that the order wasn't even ready to ship. 3 months later. And it wasn't ready. I asked for the money, because this was a gift! For someone special! For a special occasion! And never arrived. They said that they had prepared a"surprise personalised gift certificate inside your package". I said I didn't want to wait anymore, just wanted the money back. They never replied. A few months later, I talked with the owner asking for the money back who said that wasn't possible to give me the money. (The first time I asked for the money back was 1 month after making the order, when it wasn't even ready and it hadn't been sent). What about the refunds policies? I asked 1 month later, 3 months later, 6 months later, 8 months later, 1 year later. Once, they said that they would ship again the order. Never received anything about its status. I really believe that they sent me the order again, it's not about that.
This makes me really sad, I have 26 years old and this is the first time on my life I'm doing this type of review, never used the complaining book, never made anything like this. Im saying this so I can show how sad and disappointed I am about this situation. Don't know what else to say, for real. Anyway, for what I saw, in the pictures ofc, the products seemed good and a lot of people are happy with them, so seems legit and a great shop. The only thing is, I hope they improve their customer service, there is always room for improvement.

Absolutely LOVE KULT!! My new sweats are so so comfy and I didn't expect to get them this quick (9 days from when I ordered to their arrival)! Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for little birthday gifts and stuff like that, there's lots of meaningful art/clothes that are pretty inexpensive for what they are. Happy to be a customer.

I placed an order over a year ago and never received any of the pieces. At first, i thought it was a genuine mistake but after trying so hard with the business owner to mend the mistake, only excuses were given to me and i never received any of the things i bought. The owner contacted me after i wrote 2 reviews here saying that he would like to compensate my waiting time and that he would send my packages as soon as possible, that also never happened. They all never seemed to be delivered even after receiving a mail that said that they had been shipped. I spent a whole year contacting the owner, giving him my details for a correct delivery and writing to him personally so i could receive updates on my orders. Even after all of this, i never received anything. Up to this day im still dealing with the situation. All i know is that this has been a total scam, i wasted my money. Would NOT recommend!!

literally the best shop i know, i'm not even exaggerating. i had the opportunity to buy only two pieces so far and all i can say is that the quality is beyond amazing and the designs are so original and creative. i really feel myself when i wear my beanies :)
