I recently purchased my new MINI
I recently purchased my new MINI, at Partridge and I couldn’t be happier with the experience thanks to Barry Tanner. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect MINI.
The whole process went smoothly, enjoyable, and even fun. Barry answered all my questions with patience, and helped me to chose the right colour. Barry kept me updated at every step, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and happy with my choice.

Customer Service = Partridge MINI
We do not usually give reviews but felt that we had to send our deep thanks to Ricardo (Ricky) Lopes. We have had to suffer salesmen in the past who are only interested in a 'Sell' but Ricky was completely different, he was friendly, professional and made us feel valued as a customer I might go as far to say it was an enjoyable experience. Ricky is a credit to the company and we would have no hesitation in directing people to Partridge MINI and in particular to Ricky. Thank you SO MUCH for your help, advice and friendliness. Oh, and the car is absolutely brilliant especially the black wheels.

Fabulous Service
I was at Partridge Eastleigh greeted by Barry Tanner. He was professional, friendly, honest, patience & easy to talk to.
His explanation was succinct & relevant which I was able to fully understand. I decided there & then to order my new Mini Cooper convertible. Within 2 weeks, my Mini was delivered yesterday 21/09/2026.
I have had new cars every 3 years from Nissan convertible, VW & Volvo XC40 etc, I must say Barry has helped me to choose the perfect Mini for me. This is the most pleasurable & fun car I have had. The other cars were just cars but the Mini somehow feel fun & bring smiles to my face.
I love my Mini, huge thank you to Barry for helping me through every piece of paperwork; your patience, professionalism, kindness & helpfulness are second to none. Thank you again Barry, you deserve all the best things in life.

New mini; go to Partridge Mini
I have recently had to purchase a new mini following the end of a PCP agreement. Partridge MINI were recommended to me and from the moment I walked through the door, greeted by the reception team, buying a car with them has been really easy. They quickly got what I wanted in a car, its tech and even the colour. I got to work personally with Ben, who took great care to match me to the right car. Unlike my previous garage he walked me through the PCP process. No question went unanswered, even if I asked it twice! Ben was patient and offered great clarity in the details so I was entirely happy with my new purchase. I would fully recommend Partridge Mini to anyone, their attention to the details & their customer service is outstanding. And my Mini goes like the clappers too and tech galore- I love it!

Ben was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. I felt I could trust him through the buying process of a used Mini electric. We were a ‘walk in’ and Ben found the time to deal with all of our queries.

Happy with Partridge
Clear, professional, and balanced
After receiving poor service from our local MINI dealer, we decided to try Partridge — and it turned out to be a great decision. We’ve since used them for servicing and bodywork, all of which has been handled professionally and with care.
We were also considering changing our MINI, and during our appointment with Barry it quickly became clear that it was not the right time for us financially. His expert knowledge, honest guidance, and supportive approach throughout the conversation made the whole experience easy and reassuring.
When the time comes to replace our car, we will definitely be returning to Partridge.

New battery
Needed a new battery in the Remote for my Mini Cooper. Not only was the battery replaced after a very short wait - but there was no charge! How good is that? Well done Partridge Mini Parts at Eastleigh!

Seamless experience of buying a car
My experience at Partridge MINI was seamless from start to finish. Jack Anderson-Sharpe was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process of buying my first car, taking the time to answer all of my questions and providing plenty of reassurance along the way. There was a real sense of care and excellent customer service throughout. I absolutely love the car – thank you so much!

Shaun was brilliant
I recently accompanied my daughter when she purchased her new MINI, and I have to say we were both extremely impressed with the whole experience.
The salesman Shaun was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, took the time to make sure my daughter understood everything about her new car. He patiently went through all the features and controls with her, answering all her questions and making sure she felt confident before driving away.
As a father, it was really nice to see how pleased and excited my daughter was with her new MINI. Shaun clearly takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about giving his customers a great experience, rather than simply making a sale.
A big thank you to him for making the whole experience so enjoyable. He is a real credit to the dealership, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to buy a MINI
