Partsbuilt 3D seems to be a diamond in the rough. They tend to have most anything I'm looking for. Their prices are fair, shipping options are plentiful, and orders seem to be fulfilled quickly. If you aren't checking this website first, you might be missing something. My first order with them was for some parts to a Bondtech extruder. They were the only place I found that had everything I needed to get. And since then, they keep surprising me every time I visit and they have that thing, that thing I was looking for. This time it was 120ml Magiggo, yeah, they had it. Cheaper than anywhere else too!

Not only will they quickly ship your order... not only will they go the extra mile for their customers (I submitted multiple orders, they combined them to one and refunded me the shipping) they send a little bag of jelly beans with each order.

I always lost the small square nuts that went with my Hemera, and could only find them in a repair kit until I discovered Partsbuilt 3D. Now I have enough to never worry about losing them ever again! My order came on time and even with some jellybeans and a nice note. This is one of the best 3D printing companies out there!

The PINTA probe on my Prusa MK2 broke recently. This printer required V1 probe which is no longer shipped by Prusa. I was able to find and order the part at Partsbuilt 3D which arrived promptly. The probe works fine. I also had a problem with the z-axis stepper motor for which I ordered a replacement from Partsbuilt 3D. I won’t hesitate to return to this company for my future needs.

Excellent customer service. They have been great to work with and I will always check with them first if I need any 3D printed related parts or supplies. Their shipping charges are a little high and add cost to the order but well worth it for such good service. I have ordered twice from them and both times my items arrived packaged better then expected or needed and included extras not on my order. They appreciate me a customer no matter the size of the order.
