Very Disappointed with PartsFe
I placed an order with PartsFe (Order #FE001017252) on October 19th, after confirming through their website and live chat that the items were in stock and ready to ship. Despite this, my order didnât ship until October 30th â eleven days later. To make things worse, one of the parts arrived damaged and had to be returned.
I requested a replacement and was assured Iâd receive an update by email. Itâs now been weeks, and I still havenât received any concrete information or shipping date. The customer service representative (âOliviaâ) provided vague, copy-paste responses, with no real effort to resolve the issue or offer clear answers. Every reply was the same scripted line: âOur shipping department will update you via email.â
This kind of communication shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Instead of providing a realistic timeline or alternative solutions (refund or replacement), the company leaves the customer waiting indefinitely â with no transparency at all.
As someone who regularly purchases parts for commercial kitchen equipment, I can say that companies like Parts Town or Webstaurant are far more reliable in both service and logistics. Unfortunately, PartsFe has shown poor follow-through, slow processing, and zero customer focus.
I will not be ordering from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid PartsFe if they value their time, money, and peace of mind.

Received an oven element in a too-flimsy box with a missing bolt tab at the end. A second element was received, bent beyond use, in same too-flimsy box model. A third element received, again bent, this time installable. Same un-protective flimsy box. Customer is a busy restaurant, I think my first order with PartsFE. My company values and enjoys deeply-invested relationships with our clients; PartsFE so far has not enhanced this. Restaurants ought not wait a month to have a simple element received and PFE is well aware of this.
