I honestly can’t thank Pass Faster enough. After struggling through three failed tests with other instructors and feeling like I’d never get my licence, I decided to give this company a try – and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

From the very first lesson, my instructor made me feel calm, confident, and actually excited to drive again. They took the time to understand where I was going wrong before and helped me rebuild my confidence step by step. Their teaching style was so clear, patient, and encouraging – it made all the difference.

They didn’t just teach me how to pass a test; they taught me how to be a safe, smart, and independent driver. And guess what? I passed FIRST TIME with them – something I never thought I’d say after three previous fails!

If you’re feeling nervous, stuck, or just want to learn the right way, this is the company to go with. I’m beyond grateful and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for getting me over the finish line!

Can’t recommend Pass Faster highly enough. After failing on my first attempt with another instructor I was struggling to book a new test. I contacted Pass Faster, a couple of weeks later they paired me with Len and provisionally booked a test date for the following month. Len was brilliant, he worked round my availability and did wonders for my confidence. We had two 2 hour lessons, an hour the night before my test and an hour before the test, I was so much calmer and passed. Thanks so much to Len and to Pass Faster!

I couldn't recommend Pass Faster enough, I was assigned an amazing instructor who was able to work around my commitments, Natalie and Sonia were available for me to speak to any time I called or messaged and I managed to pass first time within just a few weeks. Anyone wanting an instructor and test as soon as possible this team is amazing and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Please see my review below, and then read this one for a more accurate version of events. I booked my course on the 8th Feb and was assigned an instructor. She was 20 minutes late, not ten as the company are claiming. We then drove to an industrial estate and sat in the car whilst this lady shared her life with me about how she donates eggs and how she has been abused previously. This same lady also had 2 cigarettes all before I had even spoken about the car or any driving. Due to this I then requested a change in instructor. If I’m paying almost £2,000 I should expect I should be happy with my instructor.

The second instructor did indeed book me in quickly which I was grateful for. Upon picking me up, this instructor asked me where we could go as he wasn’t from the area… first red flag, we then pulled up on a cul-de-sac where he asked me to press the accelerator and he would hold the clutch and break. I explained I was confident with all the pedals and this was causing confusion for me. He raised his voice saying how this is his way of teaching. I accepted it for around 30 minutes but couldn’t get my head around the way he wanted me to learn so I tried to explain further this wasn’t helping me. He then raised his voice again and made me cry. I was 38 weeks pregnant so, yes I did exit the car due to feeling extremely uncomfortable. The whole street was clear as I mentioned, we was on a cul-de-sac. No junctions in sight. I had paid this instructor for a 3 hour lesson at £36 an hour, so £108. I also paid a £200 deposit which he gave me back once I exited the car. I never had the chance to cancel any lessons last minute as I had one and that was enough to put anybody off. After returning home, this instructor sent me messages on WhatsApp to say I owed him the £200 back along with the next days lesson money. I explained I didn’t want to pay anything nor did I ever sign anything to agree to 48 hours notice cancellations. He then went on to tell me how I have mental health issues and shouldn’t be allowed to drive.

For the 3rd instructor, when he was originally assigned he was fabulous. Nothing was too much hassle and I felt like it had been worth the wait. It didn’t start to go wrong until he started making sexual comments towards me and showing me videos of other students which I immediately confronted. After confronting said Instructor about his behaviour, he switched and started having a bad attitude every time we had a lesson which then caused me to want to stop lessons with him.
I did have a test booked for the 24th May, which was just a week or two after the whole ordeal with this instructor.

I found my own local instructor and I went on and did the test with him, despite being heavily pregnant and I failed. So the fact that you as a company are claiming that I did the test with an instructor you use and they told me I’d need more hours is a complete lie, I did it with my own instructor and I failed because the whole 20odd hours I had completed with this company had been a waste of time.

I did then ask if I could have another test date and use my own instructor. Granted the team helped me get another test date but communication was very poor constantly, it was as though once pass faster had received money they was no longer interested and I constantly had to chase them. Again, I did express how I was concerned with the 3rd instructor and to be told the comments he was making are “banter” is obscene. I’m not sure if you as a team didn’t realise how serious it was, but to me it was borderline sexual abuse. I am grateful for the effort put in from the ladies behind the scenes but overall I have had a massively bad experience and I do want to share that to prevent anybody else experiencing the same.

Great driving school. Had a really good experience with the staff and getting on with the lessons. Couldn't recommended using this company more. I got my lessons and test booked really fast. Overall amazing experience.

Lessons started fine, but when I had to cancel a lesson after giving my instructor 4 days notice and offering to pay for the lesson regardless, they purposely cancelled my lessons after they didn't show up even 10 minutes into the lesson and suggested that it wasnt going work out because I had cancelled a singular lesson.

Very good service and fast turn around. Staff all helpful and passed first time. Couldn’t recommend more to anyone who is eager to drive as soon as possible rather than waiting for long waiting times for tests .

Couldnt recommend Pass Faster enough, they were brilliant from day one and got me passed first time and before my holiday which I asked for. The whole team is amazing but I couldn't have done it without the experienced guidance from my driving instructors.

Honestly, I am blessed I was able to use pass faster to help me pass first time after just 6 days of lessons, with no previous history of driving lessons. I needed my liscence quickly and managed to pass first time thanks to the help of Natalie who always responded fast and was so helpful with answering my questions and helped find me the most amazing driving instructor and a test date. I diddnt need to book to far in advance and for the price I would highly reccomend talking to Natalie to get your place secured with pass faster. My driving instructor was called Aamir and he was absolutely fantastic, he’s so passionate and answered every question in depth and always put me at ease when driving, reducing any pressure I might of felt, top driving instructor in the country right there, thank you for everything and I would highly highly reccomend pass faster for anyone needing to take a test soon.

Booked my course 2 weeks ago and had a welcome text and no communication since. I’ve called, texted and emailed and they just don’t respond. I don’t know how else to get anywhere with this because the communication is non existent. If people are spending their hard earned money on these courses the least that they can do is keep that person updated on what’s going on. At this point I don’t know what else to do because nothing has worked so far and it’s cost me a lot of time and money to book this course and I’m no closer to getting started which I’m eager to do.

Absolutely no problems with Pass Faster. Got in touch quickly after I paid the deposit online, managed to set me up with a great instructor near me & work the test around my theory test.
All in all, from putting down my deposit to passing my test was 6 weeks. Couldn’t ask for more.

Extremely reliable, friendly, and get you very quick tests

Do not use this company absolute shambles hard to get a hold of tried getting a refund within the 14 day calling off period they won’t send the refund 300 pounds lost, check out the Google reviews the trust pilot ones must be fake

Amazing service, ended up getting four tests in the space of two months. Quick and reliable, wouldn’t have gotten a test without them!

"Pass Faster" staff was so helpful and they booked the test for me without any stress I passed the test. It was so quick as promised they did a great job. I recommend "Pass Faster " for my friends as well.

I had really great and fast service, they were able to find me a test within 7 weeks, within 24 hours , the team were really friendly and supportive.

I booked a 15-hour intensive driving course and paid a £325 deposit. After two weeks with no word from the company, I messaged them — they read it but never replied. A week later, still no response. It wasn’t until I called on a Monday that they “magically” found me an instructor.

Once the instructor was assigned and I didn’t pay the remaining £600 straight away (as I was trying to look him up), I suddenly started getting very quick responses and multiple texts. When I eventually tried to pay, my payment (via Monzo — which I’ve never had issues with) was declined. The instructor then suggested I send the money to the head office, who would forward it to him, but they said I’d have to pay VAT on top of that.

This whole experience has felt unprofessional and disjointed. You’re essentially paying this company just to find you a test — the rest is handled directly by the instructor, so there’s a lack of accountability. You could easily do that part yourself and avoid wasting your time and money.

My advice? Go with a more reputable company where you can pay everything upfront, they manage the instructor relationship directly, and there’s a clear refund policy for your deposit. Save yourself the stress.

Booked the 6h course and passed with 0 faults!
Communication with Natalie and my allocated instructor, Brian, was on point. Brian was very professional and thorough in his teaching and greatly assisted with restoring my confidence and keeping me calm.
Definitely cannot fault the experience! Thank you to the whole Pass Faster Team!
