Had to wait all month. Bit dubious. Unfortunately they never turned up for the service.
Emailed and phoned with no response.
So had to cancel my bank cards incase they scam more money out of me. Bit of an inconvenience
It could have been an actually good business' idea to earn a honest living, I don't how far they think they will last not being transparent or potentially conning people

First clean and all went well.
First clean today and James and Brad did a great job. I wouldn't say cleaning my windows is particularly straightforward either. I live in a three storey townhouse, and the only access to the back windows is through the house. They were very courteous, and careful when bringing their equipment through to the back. The job was done very quickly, and to a good standard.
I'd recommend Patch and will be having them back again.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I've had a look on our system, and can see since you joined our service back in January 2024, we have been to your home 3 times to complete your clean. Each time, we have sent a reminder email the day before, and followed up with a confirmation email as soon as the job was complete.
I'm so sorry to hear you've been having trouble with our app! I have fed this back to our tech team, so they can have a look into it. In general though, we do arrive on a different date every month, as cleans are every 4 weeks.
I can see since you've left your review, you've been in touch via phone and we have successfully cancelled your subscription with no problems ð

Great sales pitch but now very concerned
Iâve had a lovely sales person round to sign up to the service, and all of the positives are certainly there which make it appealing for me to manage online and skip services if needed.
However, since just joining, Iâve now come away worrying Iâve been scammed? Iâve just tried skipping this months service to give me a chance to cancel current window cleaner, the guy told me itâs really easy but I have tried over and over and thereâs no option to skip on the website.
I think the main issue is I signed up and submitted bank details on the spot which Iâm massively regretting now. I wish Iâd had time to research and sign up in my own time.
Alongside this, the reviews on the App Store are appalling and Iâm now wanting to cancel and gain a refund but the phone number is going to voicemail.
This is massively concerning for me!! If I could speak to someone about skipping and managing this Iâd perhaps be reassured.

We can honour skipping a clean, as we totally understand things can sometimes happen and you may not want a clean to go ahead on a particular month, we just ask that you get in touch with us direct, where we can have a look into actioning that for you ð
I'm sorry you didn't manage to get through to anyone to speak to when you last phoned. I can see you phoned when our Customer Services are closed. Our contact hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 16:00. I can see you phoned at 18:56 last Friday.
