My initial interview with George was excellent; he dedicated time to thoroughly explain the program and its potential benefits for my career in cybersecurity. His assurance that I could be a potential candidate for a six-figure role significantly boosted my confidence.

Furthermore, my first week during the trial period proved to be truly eye-opening. The online platform's organization was impressive, and I appreciated the accessibility of feedback and resources that guided me throughout the entire job search process. The advice on refining my LinkedIn profile, optimizing my resume, and effectively responding to specific interview questions was invaluable.

I was accepted into the program December 2021. They provide training materials and 1on1 sessions that could be very helpful. Although my program was terminated prematurely due to incompatibility of timelines, they waived my fees.

It may not have worked out for me, but it's worth a try.

I met with Jessica Webber while Nina (my usual career coach is out) and she was very insightful with my cold emails and interview.

The one issue I have is that I have been on top of my tasks and don't feel like the response is as prompt as it should be. I have finished my resume and should be 'Application Ready', but I haven't received word of this, nor have I been issued any sourced jobs. It's been 1 1/2 week since I completed my resume.

Louis was friendly, knowledgeable and giving of his time. I enjoyed our conversation and would be happy to work with him again

Not sure if anyone else had this experience but I saw one of Pathrise' ads and was interested in it. I signed up and it gave me a confirmation that my application was being reviewed. Then I got the email to ask me to book through their calendly link for an interview. The link didn't work or rather it just says there is no time available for the current month or the next month, so I emailed them back and stated that to ask for their availability. No response.
Then a week later I got another automatic email asking me to sign up for a time slot and this time the link just straight up didn't work. In the auto-email it says to email them if there is any questions. So i did again. No response, again. Today it happened AGAIN. They sent me another email asking me to sign up. I'm not sure what the actual experience is like but I heard they take 9% of your salary. If its this difficult to get in touch with them I can't imagine what the actual process is like. I do not recommend based off of my experience or the lack of experience with them.

The concept of Pathrise is a great one, a lot of people could greatly benefit from it. Customer Operations, Natalie and Kim were willing to work with me on resolving a tough situation which made my experience the best it could have ever been!

Mentors are genuinely interested in seeing fellows succeed in their job search. The one on one calls are helpful and always provide tips on improving my interview success rate.

My experience with Pathrise

Honestly, I was hesitant to start the program and becoming a fellow at first. With anything new, there is some kind of fear of the unknown. However, once I started I realized it was the right decision. As I was determined to reach my career goal no matter what.

The main fPros for me were the constant communication with my mentors and industry coaches. Although the industry I was seeking a job for was not the "usual" industry they supported all the dots connected in the end.

The accountability and encouragement that each weekly session/ bi weekly session brought only further fueled me to keep pushing towards my dreams and career goals. My mentor answered any and all questions. I was excited to share my progress and success during our meetings. Which seemed to come extremely quick once I got out of my own way!

My mentor was spot on with taking action to find the perfect industry Coaches that were well versed and well rounding subject matter experts in any area I was interested in improving or seeking guidance.

Personally, all of the steps seem obvious to do, however, Its the System, structure, Commitment and Consistency paired with someone that is genuinely interested in your success that makes the difference.

The biggest con I experienced was I chose the Pro Plan and one of the services yielded no results. I was the active contributor to my success regarding all interviews and applications. You have to do the work.. If you are looking for someone to hand you a job or an opportunity.. this is not the program for you. Make time for your success, trust the process and make your dreams a reality.

Your manifestation is a journey, not a destination.

I would recommend at least the 2 week trial and follow your intuition from there.

Joining pathrise is quite possibly the worst decision I have ever made in my life. The "advice" and "training" and "mentorship" they provide is all through independent mentors and coaches who are not nearly as qualified as they say they are. What pathrise offers can be found on youtube for free. If paying up to tens of thousands of dollars for cheap advice like "use chatgpt to write your cover letter" sounds like a good idea to you. I'm sorry.

I signed up for a two week Pathrise trial, which includes a 45 minute 1-on-1 with an industry mentor, a 30 minute 1-on-1 with a resume specialist, and access to live group sessions on various topics. Whether I continue on with the fellowship or not, this has been invaluable (free) coaching. Highly recommend.

As an experienced working professional making a career pivot after obtaining two graduate degrees, Pathrise was the proverbial fire I needed lit to warrant my job search not only remained a focus of mine yet provided the necessary insight and guidance to ensure I maximized the time spent applying to and interviewing for jobs. With help from Pathrise, my resume was revamped and immediately noticed by recruiters. They provided a strategy and with proper execution, I was able to find a great VP level position in my newly chosen industry.

The career mentors and mindset coaches at Pathrise helped me start a brand new career in a new field! This is my second career switch in my life, and going from English Teacher to Data Analyst was certainly not easy. Pathrise helped take a lot of the frustrations away from the job hunt process, and offered as much support as possible every step of the way. I didn't really know if Pathrise was a "legit" method of finding a job, but I can now confidently say that it does work. I wholly recommend it to anyone like me, looking for a job while struggling to break into a new field!

- Excellent mentors and interview prep from high-level HR Recruiters and the like
-Sensitive and quite accommodating all the while maintaining their expectations of routine compliance (in other words, they understand your hectic schedule without being too lenient on their expectations for you in the program)

Pathrise provided a structure for me to go about my job search. The accountability of my career mentor helped me stay on track, and having access to industry mentors gave me the direction I needed and support for technical questions. In addition to the workshops available, I'd say that Pathrise's significant flex for me was mindset coaching. Being able to discuss my feelings towards my job search and identify how to move past roadblocks, rejections, and limiting beliefs boosted my confidence when my opportunity came around.

I think the concept of Pathrise is great. However, their revenue model is terrible. First off, it's extremely financially unattainable even if you do get a job because you will owe them between $7,000-$24,000 once you get placed at a role that pays $2,500/mo gross. Which is already a very low paying job not taking into account the repayment to Pathrise. Secondly, they make sure without a doubt that you will owe them no matter what. They post it everywhere, they constantly talk about it, they talk about it so much that I felt more intensity signing up for them than buying a home. Third, their customer service/account management is really subpar. They don't know which account manager is talking to who, they don't give you any direction, their platform is buggy and is hard to navigate. Fourth, the resources are not that great, so really you're paying for the cost of mentorship which you could get career coaches for significantly less. They also follow a "teach you how to fish" model, which is fine, except for the cost, I would 100% expect them to help me get fish too (even at the $7k level). In the end you're better off putting your money into other networks and career coaches.

After completing the 2 week trial, i was accepted in the fellowship. Those helping guide me like AJ and the mentors have been great so far. I'm excited for the journey ahead.

I interviewed with Aakriti and she told me I was in the fellowship. We spent 2 hours talking and i felt as though we really connected. Hyping me up saying she really wants to help me. She said she'd work on trying to expedite my file. It's been over a month and I haven't received not 1 follow up email. I emailed pathrise directly and Aakriti. I was really excited to work with them and start my journey as a software engineer. After this crushing experience, I recommend looking into other companies.

Replied to Natalie who promptly responded to my review, it's been 5 days and still no response to my email. I sent a follow up email as well, nothing.

Pathrise was able to give me the right tools to take my career to the next level.

Very well structured program! Good mentors and great in-house coaches. They're pretty invested in fellows' success. Loved the experience! Highly recommended. You do have to do your bit though.

All the mentors are good, friendly, and well-wised about the subject they are mentoring.
