Such a time saver

It is such a time saver. I ask a question and get an answer in minutes. No waiting on the phone at a particular time, I don’t need to drive to speak to a receptionist. If I need an appointment it gets made for me quickly. It’s brilliant.

Immediate response

Immediate response! Amazing! seems to have upgraded since last time I last used it, this was my 3rd time, gave up the last 2 times! Has a lot of unnecessary questions but suppose they apply to others.Must be really hard for people with no experience of computers! Now doesn’t seem to shut down at 8:10am when appointments are full
