Able to put in early request and a quick reply from my GP surgery. Easy to use ANIMA

I have used Patients Animahealth for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised how quickly my enquiry was dealt with. I had an appointment within what I considered to be a very short time for an online service.

Excellent service and great functionality with an appropriate appointment given.

Inefficient, usually closed and unreliable

Anima enabled me to get treatment very quickly and it has proved effective.

From submitting my request to booking an appointment took under two hours. The surgery’s response was extremely quick and it all went smoothly, no hanging around on the phone. A really pleasant way to book a non-urgent appointment.

This surgery has improved alot recently. I have had fabulous service this year, esp when i had a medical crisis on and off for a few months need 2 emergency hosp admissions.
