From the start it was quick and smooth placing my order... it was shipped overnight and arrived at midday the next day...tracking was spot on ...(I've had many times tracking was way off) .. so I was elated at recieving my items so quickly....and lenses were perfect... absolute top quality... arrived in excellent condition...I have already recommended this company to my friends...

Really good quality lenses, super comfortable and opaque! I usually order the 3 month mini scleras for cosplay and the price is really affordable and they look amazing. They also run deals and discounts quite often, so if you can definitely keep an eye out.

Ok lenses are great, they arrive quickly and there's a million to choose from. I've settled on 50 shades grey for my brown eyes just because I think they don't look too fake, but do look somewhat striking.

Only problem is the same as with every coloured lens company's website - you can't tell how they'll look until you put them on your eyes, despite the example pics. You need to figure out how to have before/after example photos for every natural eye colour and every lens, so we can pick more accurately.

Anyway, would recommend.

So initially my order was untracked and got lost in the mail. I emailed the support team and got a response in less than 12 hours and they immediately resent out an express package with tracking that arrived in 2 days. Fantastic customer service, the product is amazing too. Shout out to mark from the support care team as well!

I have been ordering from Mesmereyez for the past few years and the contacts are always fantastic! My orders have always come within 2 days of ordering, however, this year there was an issue with the postage. I enquired as to when my order was dispatched because it usually comes so quickly. Mark from the Mesmereyez team was extremely quick to respond and organised a new express delivery to come out to me. I received it right in time for my Halloween party. I'd never used any kind of contacts before and my eyes felt fine all night.

i received a pair of contacts what had two different sizes in the box, i contacted them about the error and they immediately sent a replacement with express shipping. Manufacturer errors happen but i was impressed with how quickly they solved the issue.
