I had a wonderful experience with Patio Pelican in putting together an order for a Struxure Cabana X. Ashleigh and her team were responsive and helpful. They provided a lot of information to help me decide between that and a different Pergola I was considering, and even helped me customize a solution that wasnât quite evident from the internet was available. What a breath of fresh air! Exceptional customer service is, unfortunately, rare these days. However, this is not the case with the team of Patio Pelican. I placed an order for a daybed, and I accidentally selected a pillow that wasn't the same color. They caught that, called, and emailed to verify. I live in MX and it would have been so disappointing, weeks to return and exporting fees upwards of 42% to send and receive a new item, but they didn't allow this to happen. Beautiful pergolas, we bought 3 and my husband and son were able to install. I am giving only 4 stars because I feel communication with Patio Pelican should have been a lot better. They were not very clear on what they were calling "leg extensions". After receiving our 3 pergolas we then learned what they were calling extensions were actually longer legs. Had to place another order for longer legs.
