Beautiful curtains at a great price. I was being charged $10k for same curtains I paid fraction for from Freshine.

This is my third time ordering from FreShine and it has always been such a smooth, seamless process. The quality of the fabrics is amazing, everything comes as ordered, and I am never left wanting more. I have some shades with the motorized ability that I love, I have cordless shades that go up and down SO much easier than another set I ordered elsewhere, and the curtains are always made so well. My experience was amazing from start to finish! It was my first time ordering from them, and I’m honestly so happy with the product. The quality is amazing, everything came beautifully packaged, and the installation process was super easy. Overall, everything about the experience was great, and I would 100% recommend them!

The experience was just awful. We ordered custom blinds with a motor. When they were weeks late we emailed them and they indicated the product failed QA so it was delayed. Ok! Good sign.

Well, once they supposedly passed QA, they shipped from China! Really? The website has no indication they are coming from China. Anyways. Once they got here they had ZERO instructions and the remote didn't work. Once we reached out, they sent generic instructions and videos that were not specific to our actual product and then after a lot of back and forth they ghosted us- our motor still doesn't work.

The shades themselves are very nice looking but when we asked for a discount since now we have to jimmy the blinds ourselves due to the non-functioning motor, no response. Come on Freshine, please do better for others.

What an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered curtains and they came in half the width of what I ordered. When I called to get the problem solved, they said it was my fault because they measure half the size of the width you select because of the pleating? Why is this not stated when ordering? Why can’t you just make it the original length ordered? I tried to talk to them on the phone about the issue and customer service was terrible. They kept cutting me off, saying “huh” after everything I said, and pointing the blame at me after initialing taking responsibility for the mistake. I take accountability for not doing my research on the company before spending $300.

Ordered a custom width electric curtain and was very pleased how quickly it was made and delivered. I was so impressed that I decided to order a 2nd one for our large living room windows. Freshine has been fantastic in their follow through and responsiveness.

I received the custom measured curtains however, the width isn't the same width that I ordered and doesn't fit my windows. I contacted a company representative who promised to return my concern called, after he speak to his supervisor and so far, he has not returned my call. I am out of $350.00 for curtains that does not fit that I measured in accordance with the Freshine Custom Curtain online instructions.

I cannot recommend this company in good faith. I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order and asked for a custom specification. They called me nearly 6 days later to say that they could not accommodate. The promise on their website is that the orders will all be delivered within 7 to 14 days (not shipped, but delivered). When I told him that if they couldn’t accommodate the customizations that I wanted the order to be canceled and refunded. At this point, they told me that the curtains had already been cut and therefore could not be canceled. I agreed to proceed with something I did not want and over $1500 in merchandise. Another week went by not a peep from them. I asked for a shipping update and they continued to evade my questions and not provide an ETA. When I pushed for a response and reminded them of the promise on their website, they told me that they allocated my fabric to other orders when they realize they couldn’t accommodate my customization. However, the whole reason they couldn’t cancel my order was because that the fabric had already been cut an allocated to my order. This was a blatant lie that they were caught in. I’ve continued to press them for an ETA and they have continued to provide no date. It has been three weeks since I’ve placed the order. Nothing has shipped and their team continues to email with me trying to negotiate with me and delaying my order further. I’ve stated multiple times that I need these curtains with urgency and they are treating it with no urgency whatsoever. They continue to ignore me for many days and then reply with no information and ETA. This is not a respectful company that is abiding by their own promises. They forced me into keeping an order that they could have easily canceled since they had already relocated the fabric elsewhere as was later confirmed. They have lied and cheated to keep and steal my money. I have no product to show for it. I cannot in good faith recommend them.

Bought curtains for my Dining Room. The product shipped fast and was very well made. Looks beautiful. Definitely worth the money.
Ask the support team about how to care for the curtains and they replied quickly. I would use this company again.
