Snowdrop pendant

Fast delivery, boxed, beautiful handmade snowdrop pendant, one of my favourite flowers. Signifies the return of the light, Imbolc, new beginnings. I shall be wearing it today at a friend's lunch 🀍💚

Love the designs but unable to wear

Love the designs but unable to wear earrings or even get them through my lobes due to non tapered, blunt ended posts on back. I wear earrings all the time and have never had a problem before. Given the price, I've emailed company twice but so far, have received no reply. On this basis, I can only award one star I'm afraid.

Happily I am now able to add to this review more positively; customer service has been in touch and has promptly resolved the problem - to my satisfaction.

I am going to refund you 17% of your purchase price to help with the import tax and will do the same for all buyers outside UK who find they have been charged duties (not to exceed total amount of duty paid). It should not happen within EU but we want to support our customers.
Thank you for the kind words about the jewellery :-)
