Shell earrings
Shell earrings arrived very promptly and were beautifully packaged. Although from the front they look like image on website, I had expected them to be more 3D, whereas they’re quite flat, not like an actual shell. It would be useful if images showed different angles or description made it clear.

Thank you so much for your order and for taking the time to leave feedback. We're really pleased to hear your earrings arrived promptly and that you appreciated the packaging.
We completely understand your point about the earrings’ profile and will be updating our product photography very soon, including model shots to show how they look when worn. This should give a much clearer idea of their scale and shape from all angles.
We really value constructive feedback like this — it helps us improve the experience for everyone. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Warm regards,
The Paula Bolton Team

Good product and good customer service
I wanted two items as a set. Although one was out of stock the representative gave a timescale for it being in stock again. I ordered and the representative did everything he could to ensure delivery in good time. When the items arrived they were well packaged, as described and high quality.

The earrings are so beautiful. I bought them for my daughter’s birthday next week. She is a great admirer of the work of Margaret McDonald Rennie Macintosh.
