I'm a foreigner and I'm not familiar with how things work here.. thanks to Paul Crowley, as Matthew my solicitor, everything was super easy from day one till the end.. I'm very pleased by their conveyancing service and definitely recommend..

I used Paul Crowley to conveyance for moving house, both buying and selling. I dealt with Matthew Kay from the beginning of the process and he was excellent from start to finish. Matty kept me updated through the process and I was able to contact him at any time for help. This is the second time I have used Paul Crowley for conveyancing and I would highly recommend them and especially Matty for anyone considering using their services.

Employed this solicitor to deal with a family law issue it was an easy straight forward case couldn’t believe they employed a barrister who had no idea of the case and was as incompetent as them the barrister completely got the wrong end of a simple situation which wasn’t complicated and caused the situation to now become very complicated frustrated wasn’t the word but these solicitors lied saying they had barrister I’d used in the past when plainly they didn’t I tried to put a complaint in about there solicitor who was only actually a paralegal and she was totally useless but they wouldn’t allow me to put a complaint in I tried numerous times by email they kept getting this useless person to respond I in the end called a few times as they repeatedly put her on the phone to sort a complaint out about herself totally unprofessional firm when I politely insisted that they takes complaint there head of family law Edwina insisted that instead of taking my complaint she decided to take me of there books and tell me to go and find another solicitor the most pathetic useless company of solicitor my advice is steer clear I even had a compensation injury claim with them and because of neglect of case they knackered this up I’m going through ombudsman with them as I feel so strongly that they think they can get away with h this luckily my family case as been going on a while and I’m used to court proceedings but this could have been very different for somebody who was new to this and at there witts end it could have drove a worried parent on the edge to do something silly as many people take there lives over things like this my strong advice is keep well away from this firm of solicitors they don’t have your interest at heart and really don’t care what happens to you and your so as I say my advice is keep clear of this firm find a real professional otherwise you’ll live to regret it as lives to precious to let these cowboys look after your and your family’s interest and welfare KEEP CLEAR or you’ll be sorry you used them

Cant recommend Paul Crowley Solicitors enough, especially Matthew Kay, who went above & beyond to help us though many challenges in purchasing our new home.

I've used PC a few times now when selling property and each time the service has been the best I have experienced. You never have to chase them to get things done which i have found to be the case elsewhere. Matty handled this sale for me and and his service and help was brilliant. I'm taking another property to market in the coming weeks and will certainly be asking Matty to handle things again

I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew throughout my house purchase. The best way I can describe the experience is exceptional. Matthew was in constant contact with me with updates with the progress. He was keen to explain and give me information on anything I weren't sure on. The whole process was a lot quicker than I had imagined and from start to finish took less than 3 months. Matthew is a huge credit to the company and if I move house again then I will definitely use Paul Crowley just to work with Matthew again.
