Maryam was excellent, diligent with her enquiries and was super flexible with my constant travel and time zone changes.

Selling my late Mum's house was very difficult for me, it was a long journey, emotional, stressful and, at times, almost unbearable. Well thought out legal advise and effective

Just completed a purchase for my first house with Maryam and Nick. The whole process was simple, easy and smooth. Everything was completed within 2 months and received keys. Very straight forward and extremely professional. Great to work with and definitely recommend. Professional and experienced team.

We were buying our home (chain free) from our landlord.
the mortgage was in place in October 25 it took 6 months waiting on them before we could complete.
They had been recommended by the halifax as one of the 3 they use we have since recommended to halifax to not recommend this company any more.
communication from them was dire.
information you give them is ignored i lost count on the number of times we had to tell them we are not in a chain.
for them to do anything takes them a month of sundays.
Not a company i could or would recommend.

The service was excellent and communication was 100%. I was always kept in the loop on what was happening with the purchase of my home. I would recommend this service and company to anyone. Never have I met and spoke to such nice people.
