Above and beyond experience from Matty Kay!
Matty Kay handled the conveyancing for our recent sale and purchase, which had more than a few curve balls thrown at it throughout the process - and if it wasn't for Matty's knowledge and great service I think the whole thing would have fallen through. We were incredibly unlucky to be dealing with a very incompetent solicitor on our buyer's side, but Matty navigated this brilliantly and was always able to anticipate what might happen next. And what made the difference was that he clearly cared very much, and really did go above and beyond to get our sale and purchase through. He's a brilliant solicitor, and both us and Paul Crowley have been very fortunate to work with him!!! Thank you Matty!

Excellent experience
Matthew and team were super competent, identified quickly a blocking problem with one property I was aiming to buy. On a second property they meticulously gathered all the documentation and created a very practical report for my consideration. The whole process was quite quick and communication clear. Very happy costumer!

Nicola and Katie were amazing throughout a very difficult and frustrating purchase of a property due to issues outside of their control.
They pushed and pushed and done an excellent job in helping me secure a property that looked unlikely.

I’ve sold numerous properties in the past and dealt with a lot of conveyance solicitors and Paul Crowley I’d use again no problem. I dealt with a lady called jenna who’s surname escapes me and matty kay who dealt with 2 properties for me. Excellent service and very pro active keeping me in the loop constantly over both at the same time. They eased all my worries and done an excellent job. Highly recommend using them.

100% Conveyancing
I came to PCS to help me get through the last stages of my divorce. I had a very small window to arrange my transfer of equity and deeds before I would be liable to pay interest charges. I was overwhelmed, exhausted and completely stung by me ex and his solicitors and I held little hope in anything going my way. Then Matty came along! He ouzes professionalism in a calm but effective manner, he was there to support me through every stage, he gave me the reassurance that he could deliver everything within the deadline and if there was any breach he was there to battle for me. Of course he delivered because he is amazing at his job. Thanks Matty for everything, I can now start my new chapter confident, uplifted and without looking behind anymore.

Exceptional service from start to finish!
We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The team were unbelievably professional throughout the entire process of selling and buying our home, and we have to give a special mention to Matty and Annie, who were truly exceptional. Their communication was absolutely second to none. Always quick, clear, and incredibly helpful.
They patiently put up with my countless emails and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Everything was handled so efficiently and with such care. They are by far the quickest and most professional solicitors I’ve ever worked with.
I couldn’t recommend them more highly and will definitely be back when it’s time to move again!

Difficult Purchase.
Engaged this company after having to part with another solicitor who did not handle our business adequately. Paul Crowley were excellent to deal with - in particular Matthew Wignall who handled a property purchase. This case was particularly difficult. He was professional, considered, understanding, and very patient. He was reassuring and calm when things were not going well. Particularly good at handling an elderly relative who I was assisting.
Would confidently recommend and use again.

Helpful and Supportive company
I was able to sell my late father’s house quicksand without any stress. This was due to the help and guidance I received from Matty and Annie which was given whenever I didn’t understand something or what I was supposed to be doing. I’d recommend Paul Crowley & Co solicitors to anyone selling a house in Liverpool. They were amazing.
